My chair was over 15 years old needing to be replaced. It was easy for my son to put together and serves my needs

Very pleased with the ordering process and the price and quality are excellent.

Product delivered as expected. No issues. That's all I ask. Price was good as well.

My item took 3 weeks to get to me and when I got the notification of delivery it was deliverd by the USPS to the wrong address. I verified this through an investigation with the USPS and shared that information with the seller. I requested a refund from the medical source and was denied. They did not even offer to send out a new product. Terrible customer service and I am out $40 with no product.

Best price around for a quality product and quick shipping. Highly recomment.

Never received

I bought the bluejay because it was much cheaper than the theracane. However, because of how it was molded or made it can be rough on the skin where the molding seams come together. It is also not as strong as the theracane if you want to use it for deep trigger points. But I got the quality I paid for.

The part I got does not match the size of the part number I referenced. They are not the correct size and will not fit my cane. But it costs to much to ship back for credit.

It took far too long to rceive the item and it is not what I expected it to be. .

I ordered the ensure for my wife who just had surgery. It took 4 weeks to get the order. But you had no problem charging my credit card right away.

I had never used "Medical Source" before, so I was skeptical about the company and the pricing of the item. The info I googled reported that "Medical Source" had low pricing compared to general market but delivering items to customer in the time projected was lacking and disappointing. My experience with Medical Source has been totally positive. I ordered my item on 1.8.26 and it was delivered 1.10.26. I would say their delivery process has improved greatly!

They are terrible. They won’t stand up by themselves. I can’t get them on. They are useless.

Dependable company and dependable service. The Medical Source online store is easy to navigate and everything is well written so you can find what you need. From preparing your cart to checking out everything is well organized. The glucose meter test strips are a great find for our budget.

Great source for an item that can be difficult to find. Good price. Company was responsive when I required about a delayed delivery. I will continue to use this company in the future.
