I still have not received the package. I live in CA. You delivered it to NY. It’s been over 45 days since I ordered the product. Now I have to claim a refund. I’m mad as hell.

Response time was slow. I had to inquire the status of my order. My payment for the items had been distributed from my account and yet for days I heard nothing from the company. After expressing my concerns, I was issued an acknowledgment and a proposed time for delivery. That too was changed, but I did finally receive the order.

Price was considerably lower than in local pharmacy. THAT alone was a good reason to order. However, you'd better order way in advance. It took just a few days shy of 6 weeks to receive the order. Shipping charges pretty high too on such a small/light package.

It has been almost a month since I placed my order! August 25th to be exact. Notification of shipment was sent on September 16.
It is now September 23rd and I still have NO product or date of delivery!
Apparently your billing practices are far more punctual than your deliveries, as I was all ready charged for the product on my credit card!
I am hopeful that I will receive the test strips before I run out of my current supply!
Your delay times between order, notice of shipment, and then….. NOTHING… no shipment, no product, and most importantly… no receipt of product, is abominable! Rest assured that I will be making a claim with my credit card provider if U don’t receive my diabetic strips in short order!!!

Ordered Aug 5th
Inquiry response on 8/20 offered no date of delivery.
Asked again on 9/5 where order was with NO RESPONSE.

Never got the item and reported it to them they didn’t care. I showed them proof that it didn’t come to my address they just replied well we did sent your package there’s nothing else we can do? How about you send it to the right address that was put in there

It was a good experience from from medical source are the user friendly site and i got my stuff on time and good thank you

Extremely satisfied, price, delivery, simply perfect. I recommend it and even shared it in my social media groups.

My Grandson can't go with out it he hurt his leg very bad he said Thank You Grandma and Medical Source

The incorrect product was sent and heavily damaged also. I called the company and left a message and sent an email with no response.

Still haven't received the order

I ordered the protien drinks July 1st and ha e not received them yet. I am not happy

My wife and I really liked the Pure-msk facial masks for both the fit and specifications for purification. Our supply was running out so I ordered a pack of 10 from Medical Source. I was surprised to find that Medical Supply filled out order with a 3M mask without notification or consent. I am sure the 3M product is of high quality but it is not what I ordered.

Dipshit website. Posted an item for the wrong price. After receiving I tried to asked for a full refund and a return label. Instead they decided to change the item price (twice as much as amazon) and charged me for that. And shipping was super slow despite charging me for almost 7 dollars. Avoid at all costs!

Quick and easy to order. Arrived earlier than originally scheduled. Very easy to use after reading the instructions. Easy to read screen.

Other than taking some 43+ days to receive order. Of which I was advised that it would be shipped today or tomorrow from the date of your email reply, 31 days later was received. Of course this was my first order with Medical Source, and maybe was expecting quicker shipping.
