David Volkert was very knowledgable.He answered questions i was thinking before i could ask.He let me know about my prescription that cost me money i could pay zero dollars for but i already knew that wich made me feel comfortable that he was actually trying to help me.He is very good and deserves a raise.Thank you very much David and Mutual Of Omaha,Joe Nardone:)

A friend of mine recommended I call "her insurance guy", Mr. Chris Butcher, for help and advice. She had nothing but good things to say about him. I am very glad I did. Not only did was he patient and understnading, he made it all very easy for ME to understand. I feel that I now have a Much better handle on things and he made it so easy. Insurance is a thing that comes up a lot as we get older and now I can be the one to say that I have "an insurance guy".

I inquired about possibly changing my Medicare Supplement due to constantly increasing costs. I spoke with Demi Leonard, and she was great! She reviewed costs of plans in my area, as well as other areas, as I have looked into possibly moving. She was very helpful and very understanding and professional! Your agent Sherri Mack set me up with a policy almost 2 years ago. We did it over the phone and I was extremely nervous about it because I could not navigate medicare. It was to confusing for me.
