I am thinner, also feel a lot lighter. This diet is doing miracles with my body and I am glad I joined Medieats!

For me these meal plans are perfect. As someone who has a really busy schedule, I love cooking on the go (almost). Most of these meals can be done pretty quickly and they are delicious.

I immediately knew this was something special. The program is filled with information and it's packed!! Very happy with everything... 2 weeks in and the first results are here!!

Top-notch meals, some feel like restaurant grade, but not that hard to make. The support has been also great. I love it. Thanks

I looked into this program to gain knowledge on eating on the Mediterranean style diet. The information was not really clear. But there was a money back guarantee. Reviewers said it was reliable? They provide you a diet, shopping list and printable paper log sheets. The initial ads & sign-up says it’s money back guaranteed. NOT! 😂 Yes after to follow their specific, cumbersome, expensive plan. I tried to cancel same day when I received the 34 pages of instructions. No money back until I follow this THING 10 days and prove it doesn’t work, BUYER BEWARE! Tired of being scammed!!!

This service rocks! Sad that they only sell diet plans, I wanted to get a training plan as well but there isn't one.. anyway, this is great and you should try it! Thanks

The meals are so delicious!! Very happy with the service.

I've bought expensive meal plans in the past... I am talking about +$300 and more. To be honest, you get the same things from here for a fraction of the price. The big difference is that these meals are actually a lot easier to make and the macros are also perfectly balanced (important if you work out).

I signed up for the 6 month program and did not realize that it auto renews. When it auto renewed I asked to cancel my membership and requested a refund. They did not do this. They cancelled my membership at the end of the next 6 months and KEPT MY MONEY.
They are scam artist and feed off innocent people, they know that this diet plan is not going to work and have fake testimonials to entice you to try it.
Don't feed into it.

Good diet plans, and the meals are actually very tasty. I can recommend!

I started this plan with hopes of dropping weight and getting better blood numbers. Ok I did drop a few pounds and my numbers got better. BUT I asked for menu adjustments to be made and 0 cooperation. I hate oatmeal except in cookies and they still had it in the plan 3+ times a weeks. I asked for eggs only 2x a week cause that doesn’t help my number and yet they were in the plan 4+ times a week. I canceled the plan and got a refund yet I still am getting all the same boring weekly plans just rotating the same recipes. Nothing new and I just got week 14 in my email. At least a got a refund for the rest of the plan. I find better Mediterranean recipes on line and on FB.

My weight has been consistently dropping and I have been rigorously following the plan too so I like their service. Happy to see where this takes me but I am positive about the future.

Too time consuming and in three months gained 11 pounds

Recipes are very repetitive with little few options. I purchased a plan for a period of time, which was not listed on the receipt. No information about the term on the account section of the website. I received no notice of the renewal. When the charge hit, I requested to cancel but was told it could not be cancelled until the just processed term was over. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency and customer service. Don’t get caught like me!

A one star only because can’t do zero. Watch your renewal time with these folks. They will charge you before any renewal notice and then say no refund after it’s been charged even if you aren’t using their services. Feels very much like a scam to me!!! Beware!!

The best part are the menu and meals but the close second is their support team. They are keen to give extra information and whenever I asked something, the responses has been swift and on time. Money well spent for sure.

I tried to cancel my subscription 2 hours after signing up due to a medical condition and advice from my physician. However, they refused to refund my money because I entered “personal reasons.” Apparently, that is not an acceptable reason for a refund according to their policy.

There are a wide variety of different meals and plans, some for everyone. I love that these meals are rather easy to prepare so people with all experience levels can apply and adjust them as they need.

I don't understand what some people complain about exactly? The plans are way better than you'd find anywhere and nobody gives you information that deep for free. I have been using this service for the past 4 months and I am more than happy so thanks for everything.

Another scam. I agree with the other comments on repetitive recipes. There is no way to manage your plan on their website like legitimate programs offer. That in itself is a huge flag!

They finally responded to my email to cancel my plan. Since I used PayPal for the subscription, I was also able to cancel PayPal as the payment method, so hopefully no more charges.

I wish I had read these Trustpilot reviews before signing up. I don’t believe the positive reviews posted here. Also shame on Facebook for not vetting vendors! I’ve reported the MediEats FB page as a scam.
