Have to give them 5-stars. This program has changed my life and I am in a better health in my 40s than I was in my 20s. Can recommend to anyone!

I haven't completed all the meals and what was sent to me so I can't give them 5 star rating. Once that happens I'll be sure to come back here and change this but right now I'm not even half through.

Once you change your diet everything else falls in place on its own. This has helped me a lot! Thanks

It’s a SCAM

Their product and policies are misrepresented and misleading - I don’t believe there is actually a doctor P Caldwell or a coach, Olivia - just an address in California that once they get your credit card information and bill, you will never give you your money back.

My daily schedule is packed and I was looking for a program that basically spoon feeds me from A to Z and this is what Medieats basically is. Tons of good info, recipes and how to make the best of it.

Listen people, Nothing in life comes easy. Disipline yourself to net research "Mediterranean Diet" foods. Make your main shopping list from it. Get moving, even if it's just walking. Maybe you can start a walking club? Don't nap during the day. Go to bed at the same time every night, and set your alarm for the morning. Don't sleep past your alarm. Again, discipline yourself with determination. Try to eat by 5pm if you can. Check youtube videos on Fasting. Before you know it you're losing weight! Yes, you did that! Don't give your hard earned dollars away to scammers.

Mediterranean is the only way to go. Makes you feel light and energetic at the same time. Thank you!

I was looking for quick meal plan that I could fit in between my classes (I am a student) and this seems to be it. Too early to talk about the results but it's definitely something that i was looking for.

Nothing better than eating healthy and losing weight at the same time. The menu is tasty and the meals are relatively easy to prepare. I am happy!

Extremely disappointed!!! The information given prior to a payment is very misleading. After less than 24 hours I tried to get some of my $89 back with NO compromise. Wish I would have done the one week. They say 24/7 support which is definitely a false statement and a personal support person who probably the only customer service representative because she answers emails at her leisure. I just threw money away.

I am updating my original review of last week entitled Unauthorized Charge for an automatic renewal Subscription that I did not purchase. I signed up for a one-time purchase/meal plan, not an on going subscription. The Meal and Exercise Plan I received were nice but I did not authorize an automatic renewal. My initial email request to the Company for a refund was denied but after they read my review on Trust Pilot they emailed me to refund the unauthorized charge, which they did. I have received the refund.

Honestly their plans are magnificent. Simple but very effective, and literally a child could cook these!

It was a game-changer for my health. Everything starts of what you put in your mouth.. sad that I realized this way too late.

Terrible customer service. I missed deadline to cancel by 1 day due to illness and they won’t even prorate a refund. Have reported to BBB. DO NOT COMMIT

Now after a quarter of year of which I've been on this diet I must say I feel amazing. I have lost tons of bodyfat and this process is still in progress. I am super happy and they didn't charge an arm and a leg for it!

I received a refund no problem
I thought everything in the vegan plan was super except for some recipes with incorrect macro values. On Day 2, I emailed, explained why I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. This was done the next day along with a polite apology. I was dubious after reading some of the reviews about problems with communication, cancellations and refunds but this company was great.

The quiz you need to complete before you get your custom plan was quick and straightforward. I also think it is affordable, all other offers were close or over $500.

I came here solely because of the price. If you knew how much customized meal plans actually cost then you'd see the real value behind their service.

Would have given a 0 for review if it was offered. These people are stealing my hard earned money. I didn’t sign up for a subscription, but they charged me anyway, so I canceled and they have kept charging me. They will not refund. If anyone knows how to get our money back, I’m all ears.
