), orders that are seized or rejected by customs are not eligible for replacement or refund, as the product never returns to us and cannot be recovered. We understand this is frustrating, especially when fees and taxes are involved, but these charges are imposed by payment processors, banks, and shipping partners—not retained by us.

We do our best to assist customers before and during shipping with guidance, documentation, and transparent communication, but customs enforcement varies by country and can change without notice. Unfortunately, your parcel was seized by EU customs, and once this happens, it is beyond our control — we are legally unable to intervene, recall, or redirect the shipment.

We also understand your expectation regarding UK dispatch. While we do have partnered pharmacies in the UK, dispatch locations depend on product availability, stock, and legal import/export regulations. In your case, the specific product was only available from our India-based licensed pharmacy.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. As mentioned in our earlier communication on 16th September, we had requested your doctor’s prescription and passport copy, which are mandatory for customs clearance under the new import regulations.

Unfortunately, since we did not receive the required documents within the customs deadline, the shipment was automatically disposed of by the authorities. This process is managed directly by customs and is beyond our control once the clearance window expires. We truly regret this outcome and understand your disappointment.
