Fraud of a company

This company appears to operate in a misleading manner. Multiple orders were never successfully delivered, with the company repeatedly blaming USPS rather than taking responsibility. I placed an order in July, which was not marked as “shipped” until October. That shipment never arrived.

The company then claimed the order was shipped again and marked as “delivered,” yet nothing was ever received. This has occurred more than once, indicating a pattern rather than an isolated issue.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against purchasing from this company.

Our records show that all orders are shipped promptly once processed, and delivery status is provided directly by the carrier. We do not mark packages as delivered — all delivery confirmations come from USPS tracking.

Scam alert! Don’t buy from them!

Scam alert!
Fake company They string you along saying the order is on its way and then when you want a refund you can’t get a response even though they are fully active daily on social media. Made the purchase on 7/26/25 contacted via instagram messaging and it’s now 11/17/25 no answer from them. I filed a dispute through my CC company. Yes order was finally sent out and fulfilled after I filed a complaint with CC company after 4mos of placing the order. I’m not the only one that’s had this issue with you I’ve gone through your reviews with others asking for their order.

Our records show that this order was delivered successfully, even though a credit card dispute had been filed. We fulfilled the order in good faith and followed standard procedures for delivery and communication. Once a chargeback is filed, refunds and further fulfillment are automatically paused in accordance with payment processor rules.

Order Never Sent

UPDATE: I finally received my order on 11/24, two months after the expected delivery date and following this review of my experience with them. I’ll reiterate, just google the reviews on them. I’ll NEVER order anything from them again because of their business practices.

I made a purchase on 7/31 w/an expected delivery date of 9/5. I made contact on 9/25 regarding the status of my package and the company responded the next day saying they had my order but no labels but would send the order without the labels. On 10/17, I received a notice and a USPS tracking number with a “your order is on the way.” On 10/29, I checked the tracking number and USPS hadn’t received the package for shipping. I made notification to the company on 10/30 and on 10/31, Jameelah responded, apologized and said she’d check the status immediately. On 11/4, since I hadn’t heard anything, I sent another email stating I hadn’t received the package and I requested a refund. The company responded and said my order may have been lost and they were conducting an internal investigation. On 11/7, I demanded a refund. I received no response and sent another email on 11/12. On the 13th, the response was the mailbox didn’t receive incoming emails and I would need to communicate through their website. How is it that the email I had used previously all of a sudden doesn’t accept incoming emails. I did a google search on the company and this seems to be their MO. What a shame.

I placed an order in July and still


I placed an order in July and still have not received the purchase. It is now November. I have reached out to company and they say the order has been processed so they can not issue a refund, even though I can see the item has not been shipped. Horrible customer service. Save your money!!!
