Just unfortunate that i had to cancel the policy

She is the only person that really understood what is required and she referred one of my concerns to the correct person to address. She always keeps me updated with progress whether positive or negative on several occasions.

Great service now I see progress with my case after Ilhaam took my call. Been dealing with Lee Pieterse for the past 4 weeks all he says is paper work is been forwarded to the right department I mean a whole month not acceptable.

I have been asking every agent I spoke to cancel my debt review process because I have been misled and it was not even 30 days within the agreement but no one is willing to assist me; I have been sent from pillar to post. This is already also affecting my mental health. I hope to get assistance soon.
