Good experience

The people that processed my paperwork have been very kind and helpful.

At the time of my brother's sudden passing, I was overwhelmed with grief and in need of help regarding his estate. As an elderly person, it was difficult for me, especially living in another state. I went online and discovered Alix. I'm so glad I did. Virtually I was able to meet Care Team members Naomi and Samantha; both professional ladies. Currently my Care Team member is Anjelicca, a professional who is so wonderful, hardworking and very supportive! I highly recommend Alix for those in need of an estate settlement of a loved one from beginning to end.

The Alix team clarifies things, keeps us up on when items are due, and is helpful filling out some of the paper work, and I just need to supply a signature. Eram and Samantha are friendly and easy to work with.

Helpful and attentive support.

They were truly very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing is make sure you understand that you pay them 1% or minimum is 9,000 dollars. I was a bit shocked but it was my fault by not reading fine print.
