We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to provide technical clarity regarding the setup process to assist you further.
Our extension serves as a seamless integration between Magento and the MSG91 API. To function, it requires API Credentials (AuthKey) and DLT-approved Template IDs which are generated exclusively within your personal MSG91 portal. As a third-party developer, we do not have access to your private MSG91 account to retrieve these for you.
We previously sent a granular guide on how to locate these details, but we did not receive a response. We are still fully committed to your success and would be happy to provision a guided onboarding session to help you navigate the MSG91/DLT configuration.

Quick to fix bugs
Meetanshi updated one of their extensions for us to make it compatible with the new version of Magento. Unfortunately, we found a bug that meant partial payment orders didn't get updated when the payment was processed. It could have been a terrible outcome with customers potentially being charged twice, but their support team were very quick to respond and fixed the issue promptly before any real damage was done. Thanks to the team for their quick response!

Meetanshi TEAM is BEST
We contacted Meetanshi Team in late December 2025 to perform Magento upgrade with several variables going on in our environment. We were racing to get Magento 2.4.8 because USPS was deprecating USPS API on Jan 26, 2026. We had 2 different hosting sites, one with live site on old version, and new host with upgraded version.
Meetanshi team went over and beyond to assist us with the migration of live site from old host to new host with the upgraded version. Due to time differences between US and Bharat (India), Meetanshi Team, working within their IST Time Zone, delivered the upgraded site flawlessly.
Anyone looking to get their Magento sites upgraded, should always engage Meetanshi.

Not fully functional
It is a free extension so you need to approach it understanding that product is not going to be as functional as paid extension but this one is actually broken and does not function without manual intervention.
The method of pulling the file required for updating IP to country was changed but this extension was not updated so you can't pull the database required.
To get the extension to work you need to manually download the data file and then upload it to your Magento server. To keep it updated you'll need to do that from time to time.
Again as a free product I would accept the need to manually upload the file if that was stated in the instructions and if the button to automatically pull the data file was removed. The existence of button implying functionality that does not work is what I object to as this will result in people wasting a lot of time trying to get it to work when it never will.

Not worth it -- poor quality and slow support --- very disappointing
We purchased the Admin Action Module for Magento 2, but it simply doesn’t work. It was supposed to track only edited fields, yet it captures almost everything , and soo many other error as well- clearly not supported on the latest Magento version 2.4.7.
we have been chasing team for over a month with no proper fix. For a paid ready made module, this is unacceptable.
Honestly, there are far better Magento vendors - strongly suggest avoiding Meetanshi.

We remain committed to resolving the identified errors and assure you to take the required new features into consideration for our next launch of the extension.
Despite these efforts and the work performed, we have already processed your refund as requested. We wish you the best with your project.

Regarding the refund, our policy states that you can claim a refund within 30 days of the date of the fresh purchase. We are unable to provide a refund after this period.
