Unreliable airport transfer
We booked a return airport transfer. Inbound was great, they were even able to accommodate an unexpected two hour layover when our plane was diverted to Split. Full marks! We were very happy with these guys at this point.
However on the return journey, they just didn't turn up, despite me confirming the day before. We waited 20 minutes. This left me rushing around finding an ATM to get cash to pay a regular taxi so that we could get to the airport on time.
On the viator page, I couldn't apply for a refund because the trip's date is the inbound journey, not the outbound, so the trip was considered "complete".
My advice: book your airport transfers as two separate trips, and maybe don't rely on Meet Bosnia Travel.

We are glad to know that the inbound transfer went smoothly and that our team was able to assist you despite the unexpected flight diversion. However, we fully understand your frustration regarding the return transfer, and we agree that this situation should not have happened.
Unfortunately, due to the way the transfer was booked as a single service through Viator, the system marked the service as completed after the inbound journey, which also limited the refund options on their platform. This is not the level of reliability we aim to provide, and we take full responsibility for reviewing our internal coordination to ensure this does not happen again.
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and it has already been shared with our operations team so we can improve our procedures for return transfers. We truly regret that we let you down on this occasion and appreciate your honesty.

Edim for the sarajevo walking tour was passionate and always interesting: visiting the city with a such a great guide allows us to really understand the Bosnian culture. Sarajevo to Mostar tour
Sarajevo to Mostar tour - 10/10 this tour is outstanding value for money and each stop was different and interesting. The route between is so beautiful and a great way to see the country. The tour was made by our guide Vildan, who was so knowledgeable and interesting, especially relating information to his family or own opinions or experiences. He went above an beyond to offer recommendations outside the tour as well.
The bus was comfy and felt safe.
An added touch was the breakfast pita and cold water provided.
Free Sarajevo walking tour - i learnt so much on this tour and was gripped to our guide Ago throughout. He provided really informative facts in a interesting manor. An absolute must while in Sarajevo

This Agency is amazing and so helpful
We booked the Travnic and Jajce tour.
Communication from the agency was great regarding pickup time and location.
The guide driving us around Travnic and Jajce was excellent. Lots of explanation to give these cities their context through history. We were given enough time in each of the locations that we didn't feel rushed.
A couple of days later we made use of their baggage storage facility and they arranged us a transfer to the train station.

Tour from Sarajevo to Mostar
We did a tour from Sarajevo to Mostar with several great stops along the way (Konjic, Kravice Waterfall, Pocitelj). From the very beginning, our tour guide Amela gave us a warm welcome. She is such an open, friendly, and kind person who accompanied us throughout the day with interesting anecdotes and many insightful historical explanations. She also brought the group together right from the start, creating a great and welcoming atmosphere.
Our driver Haris was also very kind and even spoke some German, which was a lovely surprise.
Overall, the tour was wonderfully organized – you get to see an incredible number of beautiful places and impressions in just one day. The time at each stop is, of course, a bit limited, but this way the day is very diverse and full of highlights.
A truly wonderful tour with a fantastic guide that we can highly recommend! We only deducted one star because the driving style sometimes felt a little fast and the distance to other cars could have been a bit greater for our comfort. But this was just our personal impression and may not be the same for other guests.

Free walking tour of Sarajevo with Edin
I did the free walking tour. Really fantastic way to bring context to the very fascinating streets of Sarajevo. Learn the diverse and endless history of such a culturally significant city and country. The your was great, well organised and Edin (who was the guide) was incredibly knowledgeable and charismatic! He's a credit to his city. Highly recommend! I would definitely book more of the detailed tours in the future. I'll be back and when I am I will be going to MeetBosnia

Quite possibly the best tour guide ever
This was hands down the best tour I have ever done. It was amazing to get insight into the country from our smart, interesting and passionate guide, who had lived and worked through Bosnia and Herzegovina's turbulent history, and whose love for her country and its people, and her faith in their future, really shone through. It felt generous in scope, in how much of herself the guide put into illuminating the city for us, and in the recommendations that were offered as to local foods, goods, which museums we should visit etc - it really came across that her motivation was for us to get the most from our experience of Bosnia. I am already planning my return to take a deeper dive and do more of their tours. It was such a great experience, and added so much to my enjoyment of Sarajevo.

Meet Bosnia Travel is without a doubt best tour company in Bosnia! Had three tours with them (Fall of Yugoslavia, Srebrenica and walking tour of Sarajevo), all of them were informative and good for understanding history of Bosnia. Guides Viki and Ago (and also the guide of Srebrenica, forgot his name!) were very kind and friendly, answered all the questions. Also, Meet Bosnia office let me to leave my luggage for a couple of hours before. Moreover, they organised a private transfer to airport for me on the spot, which saved me!!! Thank you for everything!!

Fantastic walking tour of old town Sarajevo.
We enjoyed the Meet Bosnia Free Walking Tour so very much. Arna was an excellent guide, including a lot of historical and current information about Sarajevo (and Bosnia in general), but with a deeply personal touch that made it that much more inspiring and moving. She made sure to regularly ask if participants had questions, but we always had so many that we held back for time's sake. It was all just so engaging and interesting that we're considering booking a private tour so we can extend the conversation. She made a lot of recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and shopping, but there was zero pressure to buy anything (which was a relief after visiting Morocco) and participants are given a small guide at the end. We gladly tipped 20KM (10euro) each at the end in a small box quietly put out for that purpose. The day was quite hot, but Arna ensured there were opportunities to fill water bottles and stand in shade. Still remember to bring a bottle and wear sunscreen and/or cover up since you will be out in the sun.
