I agree with the other recent posts. I thought their Energy Caps was an excellent product. It didnât make you jittery or shaky. I was a customer for several years. And then the product stopped being in stock. Iâve never gotten an answer regarding if they will stock them again or if they no longer manufacture them. Very disappointed in this company.

DO NOT BUY A THING
I guess I should have visited this site before I started buying product. They take your money and then take over a month to send you your product, if they do at all. I spent a lot of money on the units and HAVE to go through them for refills, but it is no longer worth it. I will have to just toss them and cut my losses because this is a joke of a business. It just isnât that hard to respond to emails and mail product. Whoever runs things is incompetent and I have given them multiple chances to work things out before leaving a review. I would leave zero stars or I could.

I had been using this companyâs products for several years and was really pleased with them. Then about 6 months ago something happened and everything went to crap! If you have auto ship, theyâll definitely take your money but donât expect to receive your products anymore. Everything is âtemporarily out of stockâ. You talk to customer service and you get different stories, different answers. I finally gave up and canceled my subscription. Itâs really to bad because their products were really good.

This company has gone from great to horrible. Not sure what's going on behind the scenes but they're happy to take your money for an order, but never actually send you any product. I cannot get anyone to answer the 800# to request a refund. I DO NOT recommend placing any order with them!!!

Placed an order a month ago for $90 and they have not shipped my product, will not respond to emails to their support email and no one answers their customer service line that is only open 8am-noon Mon-Fri!
They are also ignoring my rep, who has been trying to contact them as well. Her mother also did not receive her product she purchased 2 months ago. All of us are unable to reach them or get any kind of response or refund. Iâve emailed them over a dozen times, tried to call over a dozen times, no one answers.
They are no longer legit or trustworthy!

BEWARE of this company as they have awful customer service! It is hit and miss if you will ever receive your order. If you are lucky enough to receive your order, do not expect to arrive until 30+ days from the date that you placed your order. If you decide to go on their SmartShip, to save a little bit of money, you can have multiple orders paid for and no orders having yet been delivered. If you like paying to products that you might never receive then this is the company for you, however, if you like to pay for products and actually receive them then I recommend you find a more reputable company to support.
There is something odd about thisâŠ
There is something odd about this company. They definitely hold your money for longer than normal. Example: if you have autoship. They charge your card on the 7th. The put your shipment together the following week. Then ship the slowest method ever. It is about two and a half weeks from the time they charge your card. If you have something that you need to refill monthly it actually wonât be successful unless you do and extra order right after you get your first one. Other than them being uber slow on that.
They can not maintain stock. They are constantly out.
The original Xanthomax and coffees were powerful and effective but they must have changed the formulas.
They purchased a company called Elevactiy a couple of years ago and unfortunately since then product and shipping have just tanked.
Never got order
Placed an order mid February and have yet to receive anything. I've reached out to to the company as well a couple times with no response.

If I could leave a review of zero I would!! I bought a one time gift for my daughter (mojilife) but fully regret that decision as now theyâve sent me two more orders that I didnât purchase and charged my credit card for them. Now theyâre telling me I have to pay the return shipping!! I DIDN'T ORDER THEM, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND THEM BACK???? Theyâre a nightmare company who are impossible to get a hold of and even more impossible to cancel orders from!! Do NOT order from them, buy from Amazon!!!
Terrible Customer Service!
I was really excited to try these products, however all but a few have such an overpowering scent that they have had to be thrown out.
I do like the mixed berry scent so I ordered another and instead of sending me the scent pod they shipped me two tubs of their mixed berry energy drink powder which is also more expensive!
I reached out to their "customer service" three days ago and they have done nothing but give me the runaround on getting this issue corrected. Reached out to them again this morning and they told me they were still waiting on me to send them photos of what I received along with the "packing slip" of which I don't even know was in the box!
SO, not only did I receive the wrong product but I was charged more for the wrong product and I can't get anyone to help me resolve the issue!

Worst quality product
I never write reviews, but truly felt I had to in this instance for how poor the quality of product was from this company. I ordered a sweater and t-shirt that cost $70 and what I got was worth about $10. It was the craft t-shirts from a store like Michaelâs and the print wasnât even fully on there! Same with the sweater. They both look cheap and awful and unprofessional. I genuinely feel I couldâve done a better job. What a waste.

Rude and unhelpful
Gift didnât arrive in time for Christmas despite DPD notifying of an issue on 15 December. Spoke to âRobbieâ who was very unhelpful, borderline rude, and tried to fob me off to DPD to sort. DPD insist theyâll only deal with sender.
Very disappointing experience and wouldnât recommend.
The staff absolutely loved them!
I used Thriving Box as a thank you to our staff for their hard-work and patience during this current period. They absolutely loved them and we kept it a surprise so they went home to them on a Friday evening! Guy was really helpful right from the beginning and I was easily able to change items inside to suit the needs of the team eg. dietary requirements and alcohol drinkers and non-drinkers.
The price may seem quite a lot but I simply wouldn't have time to put together 25 boxes, whilst sourcing all the amazing treats inside so this is what you are paying for and for that, I think it is good value for money - especially with how much they appreciated them.

Received a voucher to use at a company of my choice, I decided to go with The Thriving Box Co due to their support for locally small businesses.
I went for a larger box at £65 which I received 9 products. Unfortunately 3 of these I had to throw away as I couldn't eat them. I think it would've helped my decision on what box to get had I had a little idea on what was inside it. (This is the reason for a 4 star review).

Very happy with the Christmas boxes purchased for my team - the lovely Kirsty was so helpful with the bulk purchase was really efficient in dealing with a slightly problematic delivery. The treats inside were brilliant too, such a great way to showcase work from a range of independent sellers and I think I will definitely be using the local boxes as a personal gift option in the coming year myself!
