meetingstore.co.uk レビュー

I would highly recommend using Meeting Store. Their website is easy to navigate through and placing an order and making payment was straightforward. Once order was placed I received notification of my order with a follow up email advising that my order was on it's way. The following morning I received tracking information without having to chase for it and the parcel arrived the next day. Excellent service, will definitely be using Meeting Store again.

Brilliant prices and great communication, was kept informed of my order through each step and a follow up at the end. As the price was so good I was a little nervous of the purchase but received well packaged, genuine products so will definitely be using MeetingStore again.

We deal with a lot of AV suppliers, and the team at Meetingstore are genuinely outstanding in their speed of response to inquiries - my thanks to Ryan here - but also in their communication during the order and delivery process. Kinga in their customer services team blows me away each time with the with the attention we recieve to our orders. We can't be a particularly important account to them given our relatively modest spend, but you would have no idea of that from the service we get from them.

Seamless service from purchase to delivery.

Great help from Ryan, delivery came on chosen day, were willing to wait whilst we arranged payment.

I have used Meetings Store for the first time over the last couple of weeks. I have been really impressed at every transaction point - product availability, prices, purchasing including VAT invoices and communications leading up to delivery.

I would highly recommend.

Quick reply and professionalism of the team.

Very engaging with apparent support even after delivery of product

The second time I used them to supply video conference equipment for my business. The experience was as good as the first time.

Great price, item arrived within a few days and I was regularly kept up to date.

Very efficient and effective communication

It was delivered very quickly and on time.

Good knowledge and communication. Good prices. I would use this company again.

Found what I was looking for, at an excellent price. Bought it, and it turned up the next day.
What more could you honestly want?

Meeting store prices are very good.
Their sales team is quick in replies, delivers on time. I was in contact with Ryan and he was extremely helpful to suggest & in answering all our queries. Had an amazing experience with this company.

Fantastic service from start to finish, I placed my order late Thursday afternoon and my goods were delivered at 09.16 the following morning, that's what I call service!
We are really looking forward to getting our new YeaLink set up.

I've used Meeting Store over the past 3 months and won't go anywhere else now. Beyond there excellent product range and great prices the service is outstanding. I have dealt with Ryan on many occasions and he is always really friendly and knowledgeable. They are as happy to help with aftercare queries as they are with sales. The live chat on the site allows for quick responses and on occasion Ryan has reached out on the phone where more detailed exchange was needed.
