You sign up as a free trial member and they charge you for a quarter on the same day. I made sure the auto pay box was unchecked, but they still charged me. After that I switched to J4Feel.com
It's the coolest dating service I have seen, better than this one anyway. I met plenty of beautiful mindful ladies - just what I was looking for on MM, but I couldn't find it there. Most of the women I met on MM were full of ego. Old, overweight unattractive ladies of the manor looking for their knight in armor. Many of them were downright odd or mentally ill. Stay away from that crazy community!

The idea of not judging each other solely on the basis of photos, but also focusing on interests, sounds good at first. Unfortunately, the operators have a completely unprofessional approach to the site. I wanted to complete my registration with a verification, but no matter which e-mail I enter, I never receive it, not even in the spam folder. If you click on the “Helpcenter” on the site, a black screen “not found” appears. That is quite telling. Unfortunately, I have already entered my details and hope that something dubious doesn't happen to them.

I cancelled my profile 4 or 5 years ago. I asked for it to be DELETED. I happened upon the website today by accident and it was showing my old login so I logged in and lo and behold they are using my profile and my name with someone else's pictures and location. I think this is being done by the company itself- to make it appear like someone thoughtful and mindful (my profile was very thoughtfully written and mindful) is on their website. Then this fake person (managed by the company?) emailed 500 MEN!!! WTF. I cannot remove my profile completely, I cannot change my password or email address. I cannot delete it. This company is seriously out of integrity and not 'mindful'

Meetmindful is awful! I would like to follow up with my experience with meetmindful. After they apologized for their site being unavailable, they emailed me and said they would give me 90 days free premium membership. I accepted yet they continued to charge my card and again the site was unavailable 8 out of 10 times I attempted to access it. I realized that they were continuing to charge my card even though they said I could have 90 days free. I then cancelled my subscription and emailed them my displeasure at them charging me for what was supposed to be free and I couldn't even access the site 80 percent of the time. Here we are 3 months later and they are still attempting to charge my card. I have had to lock my debit card so that they can't charge it any longer and just reported them to the BBB and CPA. Do yourself a favor and don't use meetmindful.

App doesn’t work, doesn’t allow sign in after paid for service.

Waste of time and money

I've been attempting to login for 1.5 weeks and the app has been down the entire time. Their web site (which is a separate domain) has no mention that their app is down, nor does it mention they recognize the issue. Clearly, it doesn't appear anyone is steering the ship at this dating web site. I can be thankful I never subscribed because those people are experiencing a rug-pull. The folks that run Meetmindful don't seem to be very mindful towards their subscribers.

I have been attempting to log into my MeetMindful paid Premium Account for 3 days. All my attempts have been in vain.
In addition, I have attempted to reach them through their “help” option and the on-line response is “cannot be found”.
I have also emailed them at their support email services on multiple occasions and have not received one reply from their alleged support team in 3 days. It is my last hope that I receive some response tomorrow (the day after the Memorial Day weekend). If I do not receive a reply, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!

Total bogus website. No customer service. No one responds to anything. You can't delete your profile. Such a waste of time and money. Dont sign up no matter what.

Just joined. My profile isn’t showing. I paid for premium service. I tried to chat / contact and no response. I tried calling the customer service number and it did t work.

No sooner take a paid sub than the website refuses to let me on! No idea if any of my attempts at contacting people have worked of couyrse and their help page doesn't load!

Lots of scammers on this site using fake photos.
They also often show up as being from ‘Dumfries and Galloway’ in Scotland UK but are actually from abroad.

This site has scams galore! They don’t vett nor verify the people. I have never had such issues with better sites.

This platform is not reflective of ‘mindful’ My experience was disappointing & has been a waste of time. Most of the men are scammers, use stock photos, they use pseudo names, ETC. Do not invest your time & effort on this site!

I met my now husband on Meet Mindful and could not recommend the site more! I encourage people to remain open to what the universe puts in their path through the app, and I hope their journey turns out as magically as mine did ❤️❤️❤️

wasted a week texting with someone using someone else's photos. Phone number given was false and when I finally spoke with someone, distinct foreign accent than the person I had been writing with, hostile and nasty!
and threatening!!! now he has my phone number. This site is very bad.

This dating site has very few new members lots of retreads who no longer are active but show up in your browse dashboard. The website also has CONSTANT technical problems where you can't even log in. I would get my money back if I could

I haven't dated for years. I checked out all those free platforms they didn't work! However this company did its best! And now I'm engaged! BEST $29.99 I ever spent!

This site is FULL of scam artists....and that's ALL. It's a complete rip off. They also ripped me off for half of the subscription price because the site failed to allow me to claim it after it was offered to suck me in. Avoid these pigs.
