Kept promising delivery, tracking wasnt showing, then just disappeared in the UK. Emails said resending, never got any further tracking/never mind delivery of the goods. Avoid, they are quick to apologise, but I never received the goods, or the requested refund. Will never use again, and will spread the word

Minus star if there was an option. I ordered a Raven cross stitch kit in September of 2025 and it still has not arrived. I have emailed them numerous times with no reply apart from 1 in November to say that it was in the UK. They quite happily take your money but fail to deliver and ignore your emails.

Ordered the Raven "cross stitch kit" on Sept. 28, 2025. It arrived Nov. 15, 2025. Got a swatch of fabric and a very low resolution photograph with fewer than a dozen DMC floss colors pointed out (one location per color). No graph, no floss, and the photo is so poor that it cannot be used as a stitch reference. This is NOT a kit, and definitely not worth the time or money.

I ordered a Raven Cross Stitch Kit from Meetwind. What arrived was a flimsy piece of material (not Aida for Cross Stitch), a description of embroidery stitches and some threads. There was no stitch map at all.
I requested a refund as per UK consumer law and was repeatedly met with obfuscation and denials. Avoid this company like the plague.
