Wonderful lecture

Each MEFA webinar I've attended has been organized, engaging, and very informative. I couldn't ask for more!

MEFA provided invaluable assistance to our family during the FAFSA application process.

MEFA systematically denies actual borrowers access to their own accounts while sending notices and reporting interest to the so-called “notice borrower.” Even if you pay on time, your payments may never be properly recorded, leaving your credit and repayment history at risk. This is not just bad service—it’s a fundamental failure to treat borrowers fairly. Avoid MEFA if you want transparency, accountability, and control over your own loan.

As a first time parent, going through this the first time- terms are vague. I'm disappointed that there aren't a vast list of resources by state, after apply for aid what that means we keep choosing seminars, but that doesn't tell us where the money comes from. It doesn't show the Grants, Scholarships, School help, MassGrant or Grant Plus. I'm at a loss.

Best source for 8th grade reading level resources for parents and students scared to work through financial aid concerns.
8th grade reading level is the FEDERAL mandated level for government pubs which they sometimes forget but MEFA does it right.
