I wouldn't recommend dealing with them because my order never arrived, and contacting them was impossible. Additionally, they sent a suspicious recorded letter. It's best to steer clear.

Placed an order for bedroom rails for my kids bed. I made payment and received confirmation that my order was successful and would be delivered by the 26 May 2025. I never received my order. I have sent emails requesting feedback since the purchase and to date have not received a response or refund. Do not buy from this place.

This is a total scam. I responded to an Instagram advert. Shortly after ordering my goods I received an email acknowledging my order. I then received a Royal Mail notification to say they were expecting a ‘parcel’ from China. Three weeks later I received the ‘parcel’ it’s just a card saying “best wishes”. No hope of getting the goods.

Fraudulent web site. Send a thank you letter tracked and then claim delivered. Do no order from them.

Scam do no buy from this company!

Take money and no delivery emailed later saying they are unable to fulfill your delivery and you can’t contact them.

Wish I had read this before ordering. Read the reviews on the website. Still waiting for item months later, just keep changing dates. Tracking states “on the way”. Tried contacting multiple times with no joy. Put in request for fraud, luckily bank paid money back into bank. DO NOT BUY!!!! TAKES MONEY

My experience is the same as everyone placed an order got a letter saying item is on the way checked the tracker says delivered it has not been delivered and not able to contact. Scam avoid

I am not writing a review. I just want to point out that this is NOT the company that has been conning people with their ads on Facebook. I have been ripped off by the company in China, but this is a company sharing the name but NOTHING ELSE. I can here seeking info in the Chinese based company but only found poor reviews that could damage the Leicester based company. Please be careful :-)

All you will receive is a typed letter claiming my order was "on its way." I Looked at my order and it have been marked as delivered and clearly it wasn't.
Their is NO communication.

Ordered an item from here because of the good reviews. I have checked tracking and it states it was delivered on the 21st December m, when checking I received a little parcel with a typed note said item will arrive shortly m, but having seen the previous reviews quite a few people have received the saw letter. Absolutely fuming and this was a Christmas gift. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I had a terrible experience with Mega Cart. They sent me an unnamed, untitled recorded letter claiming my order was "on its way." The only reason I even figured out it was from them was because they added a receipt on my "items bought" page, marking it as delivered when it clearly wasn't. Their communication is non-existent, and the whole process feels deliberately shady. Avoid this scam at all costs!

I received a scam letter to say the order is on its way and the tracking then recorded this as delivered. The item never turned up - total scam company!

Refund not done. Mangoes were not good

Some of the goods arrived faulty and in spite of me contacting them nothing was done. Still waiting
