We highly value each user's trading experience. During this particular case, our risk compliance system identified that the user registered with fraudulent identity information (KYC fraud) and was involved in multi-account arbitrage and manipulative trading behavior. These actions are in serious violation of the core terms outlined in the Client Agreement, including real-name registration, secure trading, and maintaining a fair market environment.

In accordance with our company policies, we fully refunded the principal amount and immediately terminated the relevant services.

Despite multiple attempts to contact and notify the individual, he instead chose to publish false and misleading comments on external review platforms and send threatening messages to our team. We regret such behavior and reserve the right to pursue legal action as necessary.

Since no resolution has been reached, I will contact the regulatory authorities you are currently under and file my complaint today.

I will also prepare and send the same complaint statements to platforms such as WikiFX and Trustpilot. Around 120 clients, to whom I have introduced your brokerage services, will support me in this matter and actively post complaints on both social media and regulatory/review platforms.

We can resolve this issue without the need for any of the above if you return the amount I deposited. Otherwise, if you experience any negative consequences later on, please do not contact me.
