Website says available from 8am to 12am Pacific. They boast about exceptional customer service yet I've sent 4 emails in the last 24 hours that have all gone unanswered. They just keep sending me a generic company email in return that says the exact same thing. Not helpful at all.

Megacash is one of the best second hand company it has several store in NSW
My experience is really great with Penrith store because of their great management and they have honest mangers by excellent behaviour but another my worse experience with Mount Druitt store because the mangers of Mount Druitt don't have any patients bad behaviour discrimination and don't be honest .
I want tell to other people if you buy something you know about the behaviour

In my opinion maybe because of their Age.
Note another staff member are great people

I do not recommend this company, I applied for a small loan and got approved and paid back in full. Since I have paid back my first loan I tried to apply two more times and was denied both times, then I noticed last month that they withdrew something like $12 from my account for no reason

*edited to update that they have refunded the funds* They debited $12.54 from my account without reason. I do not owe this to them and they did not give an explanation. Now I have to change my bank account as I'm worried they will continue to take unauthorized withdrawals.

They took unauthorized money from my bank account. My loan was paid in full in Feb 2020 and I noticed a “pre-authorized debit” July 2020 for a small sum of money with absolutely no explanation whatsoever. My bank put a stop payment on them, but now may have to close my bank account due to this if they do it again. Messages to them go unanswered! Do not recommend them at all!

Don’t trust this company, they are crook and scammers. They ask for your login information to your bank account before approving you for a loan. they did not send me my money and they screwed up and tried to debit my account, trying to take money from my account I believe they're a fraud company. DO NOT USE
