I wouldn't want to be without my megahome distiller it works it's socks off and keeps going
So thank you megahome

Perfect in every regard! Most highly recommended.

Wonderful company, I had issues with my electrics at home and the amount of support from this company was excellent. A rarity these days to come across a company interested in genuinely helping their customers.

Very good communication and they replaced my out of warranty distiller with a perfectly functional refurbished unit for the price of a repair. All in all, very please.

Order was dispatched and promptly received. Products are excellent quality.

Very helpful and accommodating. Friendly and great company to deal with.

The product came well packed and quickly. I am so pleased with the look of it too. It’s has a better handle than my last one and looks more up to date perhaps because it is white. The jug is also better designed than the last one I had with a proper spout for pouring. Very pleased.

Helpful and understanding of my personal disabilities and situation. Much appreciated all round

Their product should be in every home. They are polite and helpful.

I have a Megahome distiller since several yrs and use it daily (even sometimes twice a day as we are a large family).
Sometimes ago, a part of the distiller (the thermal switch) starts showing some problem. I contact Megahome, and they were great: they provided me with a link twd a video showing how to change the deffective part making it really easy, sent me a new part and were all the time very reactive and kind. REALLY a great customer service & a great product.

Got a new thermal cutout switch for my distiller. Works perfect, mounted on aluminium bracket with heat transfer compound supplied. When fitting this switch make sure it lines both up horizontally AND vertically with the button on the outside. In my case I had to bend the aluminium bracket slightly to get vertical alignment with switch button when fully assembled. Work smarter than me and check this BEFORE you put the thermal grease on it.

Excellent customer service from Beccy Fryer

I have been a customer for several years. The items are very good. The staff are very helpful. They deal swiftly with purchases. I have recommended them to friends and family members. The distilled water has a great taste.

Great customer service. Just bought another supply of Formula 56 water supplement which is a brilliant product and a vital addition to distilled water

Excellent after-sales care, even 2.5 years later. Becki helped troubleshoot my issue, and although I was prepared to buy a new unit, she came up with the cheapest solution to meet my needs.
Great products and services from a fantastic company.
Keep up the excellent work.

Everything happened as promised delivery arrived safely all good.
