And what had disqualified me was the fact that the bonus codes that they’re sending me and inviting me to use in my mailbox on their site, all those codes they are giving them to you with a smile on their face and inviting you to play it because they disqualify any money you have at the time and any money you get afterward until you spend it all, and in between any bonuses you have to make a deposit that has no bonus boost or sale attached. And customer service will be defending this strategy of a metaphorical smiling face that leads you to a poison pit by citing the ToS, as if they truly believe that just because it is in the fine print that it makes it OK to be deceitful and misleading. Long story short before I got the final information that they had essentially tricked me into poisoning all of the money that I had by taking the offer they provided to me, they first tricked me into believing that by depositing with crypto coin, I would be able to bypass the ACH payment process and the verification and then have a near instant withdrawal, so before they took the money from me and told me that the bonuses they are giving me are essentially sterilizing me from qualification, one of their agents first misled me into making a deposit in bitcoin under the guise of trying to simplify things by going about the other process instead of the act verification withdrawal. I’ll never give them another dollar, I recommend others do the same. I hope no one else gets done dirty, good luck

I deposited 25 Withdrawl bitcoin cash and used the 175% bonus coupon and things are going great, Im up a few hundred off that and of course had to verify my identity, yes it takes a little longer than other sites but so far everything’s working like they should, just had my first Withdrawl approved and am awaiting deposit into my crypto and just submitted another Withdrawl, it takes longer this far but no trouble yet! Good morning, this company is completely a scam and they are truly liars as I requested a withdrawal of $158 and after several withdrawal attempts I was told that it will not be accepted. Stay away from this online casino it is completely a scam.

This place is a scam I won they approved my winnings then hit me with some bs don’t trust don’t play save your money and time

The casino gave me a 200 chip. I played the 200 and won 2000. I after I continued to play a pop up came on my screen and said you finished the play through. By this time I was down to 1100, right after that they took the entire winning. I chatted with customer service and the customer support person told me, when I continued to play after the play through, the system automatically takes your account down 100. I have no idea how this casino has 4 stars. They are the absolute WORST casino. They will try every trick in the book to not pay you. With me, the reduced my win to $1000 stating bonus T&C, okay I understood. Next they rejected my wire transfer request, stating I needed to provide THREE MONTHS worth of bank statements. Honestly, applying for a loan is easier! I provided that - then they rejected my withdrawal again because the account I was withdrawing into was a joint account with my wife. Apparently it needs to be in my name only, but I don’t have one only in my name, and I can’t open one because they still require the 3 months of statements. Next, with no suggestions from them as to how I could proceed next, I asked if I could withdraw into a bitcoin account. No, apparently because I’d never made a bitcoin deposit. I negotiated, hard and they finally relented ONLY if I made a bitcoin deposit. So I opened a bitcoin account, made a deposit from my bank account, waited 24 hours for that to clear, did the screening call from the bitcoin company and finally was able to made a deposit back into mega medusa. I rounded it down to the fullest who number and made a withdrawal on that amount. Everything they’d asked for I’d done. Then I had a small amount of around $18 left so I played that and widdled it down to nothing while I waited for my payout. Declined. AGAIN. Because I’d mixed funds. AT YOUR REQUEST I told them. Okay so they referred it to the finance department - final answer is no, they have declined my withdrawal because I played with those $18 worth of funds left and that is a breach of their T&C. I am fuming, we all knew what was happening, I wasn’t trying to scam them out of more money. I did everything they asked but they still found a way to rip me off. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
