We had a below average lunch at above average prices in this cafe today. We had tea, at a cost of £3.50 per person, the tea was weak and totally devoid of flavour. When I asked for an additional te... もっと見る

A very poor customer experience on our first visit.
We visited the Kingston branch on 04/11/22. A lovely looking restaurant but a terrible dining experience.
There was nothing pleasant to report as every part of our order was wrong and cold.
We were kept waiting for drinks and did not get what we ordered.
Our food took more than 40 mins to arrive, they said it was being freshly prepared and then arrived cold.
We were offered a free drink and again they got the order wrong. It was untouched.
Lots of apologies but it ruined an overdue luncheon between friends who had not seen each other in awhile.
Then they expected us to pay !
We were enjoying our time and catching up therefore did not notice the time delays.
