I’ve been using this site for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the variety of games available. The slot selection is extensive, with smooth gameplay and engaging themes, while the fishing games are surprisingly immersive and rewarding. Payouts have been consistent, and the platform runs reliably on both desktop and mobile. Overall, it’s a well-designed and enjoyable experience.

Beware of this casino trying to charge you for withdrawaling your winnings. I recently tried withdrawaling $100 when the money finally came it said a transaction was declined at mega spinz casino. Why are y'all trying to take money out my account : Sorry but if I can show it here I would it clearly states that a transaction worth $100 was declined in my bank which means a purchase didn't go through I did not authorize.

The customer chat is completely ineffective. The persons does not understand what you are saying, does not respond, does not do what they say. My redemptions are consistently denied with no explanation.

***UPDATE*** Finally got my redemption. So I’ll move it up to a 4 star. Mobile app is glitchy but they paid - that was the main concern.

***UPDATE*** Still no redemption - it was approved 4/4/2026 it’s now 4/12/2026 and nothing. Chat with CS agent and was promised an update by email which I never got either.

I tried this casino based off of the ratings here. I submitted a redemption last Saturday but still do not have it. After emailing on Tuesday I did hear back from CS stating that it typically takes 3-5 days. So I’m hoping it will be here soon. I’ll update this if/when I get the redemption.

Update: I have emailed and I have yet to get a response. They are unresponsive with their chat and email support!

I gave them a second chance after making things right but it was a huge mistake. First, I had bought a deal sent to my email where it doubles my package. It took 5 days and a bad review to receive what I bought. They made it right by adding an extra 50 to my account. Great! Took my bad review down after that.....fast forward to winning and cashing out. It's only $110 but they aren't paying! It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received my redemption. They won't even respond to me when I ask what's going on with my redemption!!!

It has been over 6 days and I'm yet to receive my payout. IKYC certified to begin with so it should have been smooth. Luckily for me I won this with a free bet couldn't see a better way of never coming back.

I spun over 150 straight losses in a row. Not even a dime. That's just crazy. I don't think I'll ever spend money on that site again. Super shady

I really like the games won $1000 cashed out 3/22/2026..redemption still pending so I can’t play..only way I can play is cancel that redemption which will be crazy because I will have to start the waiting period all over again to get paid! If they work on a better redemption system this would be the best platform!

Been waiting for 3 days for my redemption of $310 (won on first welcome offer purchase, which is great). customer service repeatedly told me 1-3 days and now they’re saying 1-4 days. That really makes me question their trustworthiness and integrity. I will update my review IF/when I receive my funds.

Not sure what site other people on here are using but nothing went wrong for me. Use the deposit bonus, played slots, won over $100, put in a withdraw and got it within 48 hours. That's all I ask for from these sites.

I purchased a $10 package and never received credit. Went to live chat and can't get anyone to help me they came in for a second to talk and then after that nothing. Unprofessional and rude. I need my money back please

Terrible, slow website full of glitches. They don't let you buy when you're above 10 sweeps coins and redeem below 100. It's a deceptive practice meant to keep you spinning forever. Also bizarre that they don't want you depositing more.
