Lately the auction in my state has been getting these scooters has been having these uggo ass scooters up for sale and after winning these 2 Megawheels scooter i dont think these people give a damn about their customers because one of the scooters was brand new and it only lasted 3 months. The other has a defective system and it will power itself off at random.

Talking to Megawheel's customer service is basically pointless to all means. I couldn't be anymore disgusted with this lame ass company. Do not buy from Megawheels you are truly better buying a Segway escooter. I hope Megawheel drops soon entire business falls soon.

Terrible!!! They don’t reply to my emails and block my account. Please avoid and save yourself.

Megawheels has had the faulty scooter they sold me, returned to them as requested , since January they wont return it or respond to emails!!
Save yourself from this badly run business & buy from a reputable company...

This company is disgusting. They have been no help at all I returned the scooter to be ignored by megawheels. They had my money & scooter . For months of emails proof pictures & help from Parcel force. I had no help from ebay whom I bought this scooter from. This is not the way megawheels should treat their customers. Shame on you

I bought a charger on their website and then I told him that it couldn't be charged and asked for a refund. They didn't give it and said that my scooter was broken. Then I had a charger and it worked all the time. Then he insisted that my scooter was broken.okay, If it's broken, then no reason to keep his charger right?Then their customer service was really bad. Not polite to customers and didn't help me solve my problem.

Simple communication about a product would be great. They can't even do that. Don't purchase anything from this company. Unless you want your money to be pissed down the drain. You'll find better products at different companies. This one here; complete $#17$#0w

1 of the 3 scooters, I ordered from Amazon, actually needed the deck replaced. I contacted the company Megawheels directly through their site. They communicated well, had a sense of urgency, took initiative to identify the exact part, were very friendly and professional, and I received the part I needed that I couldn't find ANYWHERE on the internet!! I love this brand and I'll be staying a loyal customer. The person who helped was named Jessie. Thank you!!!

Das allerletzte!!! Nach gerade Mal 7 Monaten nach Kauf über eBay total Ausfall der Elektronik Fehler Code 04 und 06 . Verkäufer reagiert einfach nicht , verweigert geltendes Recht ( Gewährleistung/Garantie) eBay kümmert sich auch nicht und unterstützt das kriminelle Geschäft!!!

Absolute waste of money. Spent $320 on a scooter that is basically a toy for kids. The battery life is a joke- they advertise a 20 mile range but mine barely makes it 5 miles before dying. Extremely rude customer service when I reached out asking for assistance on this issue. Of course mine started malfunctioning 1 day after the 7 day money back guarantee….

e-scooter was bought back in July and I’ve only used it for about 2 months before storing it away. But when I recently tried to turn it on, it won’t turn on. I sent 10 email for an answer to megawheels and they never answered. And I discover that my problem is very common on their products.
I gonna buy a new one but definitely not with them !!!

When I ordered the Megawheels s10 7.5 ah scooter, it ran perfectly fine for a few months. After a while I began to see battery issues and whatnot. I soon then wrote a letter of complaint to the company and in less than 1 day I had a response from a human worker. They wrote back helpful emails in less than 2 days and within 2 weeks I had my scooter back and it now works perfectly fine again. The customer support from my experience was extremely nice and if I ever get into an issue with my product, I will not hesitate to write an email knowing that I will get the most pleasurable experience. :)

Paid about £75 for a hoverboard. Seemed good but it was hardly used and then battery stopped charging.
Emailed company 2 months ago. No reply which is atrocious customer service.
Now realise warranty is only for 30 days which is very poor.

I bought this scooter on May 15, 2022 -- It is now April 2023. The scooter is not working. If I used it five times, it would be too much.
Amazon said to contact the company -- good luck. They are non-existent. I lost the money. I hope you learn from my mistake.

Megawheels brings a very good value for money.
The first product I purchased from the company was an electric scooter that was cheaper than other company, looked great, and had very good customer reviews. When it arrived, I noticed the build quality was very solid. I have been using it for over six months now and it works great. I recently purchased an electric bike from the same company. Again - a very competitive price, looks great, and the quality is solid.
Overall, based on my experience - I highly recommend Megawheels products, they seem to have recently released a new brand,
I think I will try it sometime...

Don’t buy from them on eBay when the scooters breaks they won’t honour warranty and just pretend you haven’t been emailing them and start the conversation all over again and it’s very frustrating they need reporting to trading standards. EBay won’t help because over 30 days and megawheels know this. Couldn’t claim off card because over the time limit aswell so money down drain for scooter we can’t use. Told me to go and pay to get it repaired myself even though advertised with a 3 year warranty

This company is a joke do not buy anything form them. I paid extra for warranty and bought each of my twin 8 yr Olds a scooter so I spend $350. When I tried to adjust the height of the handle bars the brake line snapped and the clips to the wires broke. They refused to honor the warranty and basically said touch luck for your kid. They don't offer to even fix the broken one. They simply don't care about there customers and have a really bad customer service team. I was basically laughed at the whole time I tried getting help. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Brought a scooter for my son. The quality of this product is dreadful and the brakes failed when my sun was riding it. I brought another brake set from them and this has now failed . Do you buy from these people.
