I was looking for a 5-metre training lead for classes I'm doing with my puppy when I discovered Meg K9. I like supporting small British companies, and Meg K9 has a wide range of dog-walking related products so I have now bought several items - all excellent quality. Customer Service is really good too. I had quick, helpful replies to some initial queries before I bought the lead, and when I contacted them about a hold-up with delivery

My dog much prefers this head collar over the well known brands we’ve tried and it really helps me to walk her. She is very strong on the lead when I’m walking both my dogs together (she walks beautifully when she’s on her own) and I use crutches so walks were becoming difficult. Product is well made and sturdy and looks like it will last many years - I have a previous version of this product for a previous dog which has lasted well but is sadly too small for my current dog. Product was made and received quickly with no issues. 100% would buy again.

The 'simple leader head collar' is a good quality collar, it works as well as the figure of 8 leads we have tried but I think it is a bit more comfortable for our dog.
It arrived in very good time and was in a box unlike other suppliers who put everything in plastic bags.

When I did have an issue it was delt with fantastically.
At the same time I was dealing with an issue with my Karcher product and their customer service is shockingly bad. That company is huge. Meg K9 is not a huge multi national company but their customer Interaction and service is way above expectation.

Brilliant leads and walking belt really strong brilliant quality use everyday makes life so much easier when walking with the dogs.

Bought the dog walking belt. It is excellent quality and has been a great help in walking my pup, who pulls quite strongly when he runs off at full pelt! Saves my poor shoulder!

The construction quality of the lead collar is excellent. As to its effectiveness, I cannot really comment yet. Purchased for my extremely reactive rescue, who pulls continuously. So far she has managed to slip out of it with ease after a few yards. Will persevere. N:B to add, comment not intended as a criticism of the product, rather a technique I had to learn.

I bought a custom-made head collar (the kind that goes over the nose), and the fit is perfect. For safety, I also got a link attachment that goes around my wrist—it gives me such peace of mind knowing that if I ever accidentally drop the lead, it’s still securely attached to me.

The custom lead with integrated rubber is a game-changer; unlike other leads that slide through your hands when a dog pulls, this one stays put and offers a great grip. I also highly recommend the bungee lead and belt set for waist-worn walking. It’s incredibly well-made and makes walking so much easier. Bought a car boot lead. Very good quality. Strongly made with reassuring caribiners. Not chewable by sharp puppy teeth. Like the fact that one end can be used as a handle. Although expensive, it will last forever.
