I have no words about mahak ma'am I want to say just she is angel for us 💕

Mehak was a Godsend when I didn't know how to deal with the situation when my daughter suddenly got diagnosed with Diabetes.
Her knowledge and research is very indepth but her way of simplifying it and presenting it to us at a fundamental level is truly amazing.
Moreover, the community that she has created especially for Type 1 Teenagers is an added advantage as it creates a safe space for teenagers to interact and express themselves through this phase in their lives.

It is said that when God closes one door, he open ten other doors. Meeting Mehak ji and enrolling in her type1 management course is one of those door for us. Her course is very constructive and gives deep knowledge of type1 management.The best thing about Mehak is her all teachings related to type 1 management are completely research based. Everything that she recommends has been tried by herself many times. Her dedication to make type-1 life easy by manageing food in each situation is mind blowing. She never gives up and motivate us to do same. She gives us confidence to make life easy with type1. She is always available to help others. I remember the day my son is diagnosed type 1. We were completely shattered and had no clue what is type 1 and how to manage it then Mehak has entered in our life as an Angel and holded us during that time. She taught us how to manage type 1 completely about his rotine, diets, insulin doses and lot more. Now my son is happy, healthy and back to his normal routine.

Mehak is an absolutely incredible diabetic type 1 educator. She helps all the people and shares some valuable information that we may be even aware of. I was completely blown away when she took a session on how our insulin dose can vary each day for 30 calendar days. i am a type 1 from past 31 years and I am so glad that Mehak who herself is a diabetic knows my condition so well and guides me at each stage. I wish we had more Mehak’s who connect human to human without selfish interest to earn money. Her research and deep knowledge makes her an inspiration and motivation to many like me. Best diabetes educator. She understands the condition better than anyone I have seen in this business. She has in depth understanding of the challenges of a type 1 diabetic. Program is made in a manner that it makes a diabetic more knowledgeable and self sufficient. Must for somebody who is having this condition or is caretaker to someone having type 1 diabetes.

Around 2 months back I joined this course launched by Mehak Dhingra for type1 diabetes management for my daughter who is having it for past 9 years. This course has helped me tremendously in dealing all kinds of challenges related to type1 diabetes be it managing it confidently with the help of technology or getting the basics right about food and insulin. She is very thorough about the knowledge she is imparting .She has given me hope for my daughter because we are able to notice immediate better results in terms of improved A1c, better TIR and overall good health. I would highly recommend her for this structured program which touches every aspect of type1 diabetes management.
