It's true, you got to give them some time. Be patient, it will come. It takes like 3 months. Thank you covid. There products are great. Just make sure you send the correct address and be patient. It will come though.

Lucky for me, I received ALL of my stuff from the company, and I must say that they fit, very soft, and the quality is pretty good.

The only thing is the waiting.. It took awhile for my package to come, also in my area, the USPS has problems as well when it comes to delivering my packages.. So, give and take, I like my stuff and I get compliments on my 2-pc hoodie set.. Keep up with the company and call them as well.. Good Luck, Folks, Hope everything works out..

This company is horrible I ordered an outfit the top was to large an the pants where to small an the fabric was cheap! Then I ordered a set of African necklaces never received them complained to company they said they resent the order still haven’t received my order! An I paid for it this company is scandalous an need to be reported! Don’t buy from them! Poor quality an bad business practices

I ordered a hoodie like 3months ago still haven't received it. Them ship it to the wrong address so it was shipped back to them now I keep sending them the correct address I sent it like ten times in the last 5 days now I just got a email from them stating my item will be destroyed because they don't know where to send it like I said I keep email with the correct information and it's keep telling my a ticket was made with all my information but they're acting like they're not getting it well if you got you item back just refund my money how bout that.

Customer service is bad ordered two items once was not the right size, which was supposed to be changed before it was shipped, won't shop here anymore

I didn't order anything yet from you guy's ever but after reading the reviews I'm not shopping with you guys at all.

For starters customer service is everything and there’s sucks. This company's responses to my emails were very rude and unprofessional. The order takes forever to ship and even longer to get a tracking number. Clothes are very cheap in quality and run extremely small. If your item does not fit you have just wasted your money. They don’t offer any returns or exchanges. I’ll never shop here again!!!

FRAUD - Find your items elsewhere. This company is US based. When you google earth the location it appears to have Korean writing on the office location. They are not black owned nor proficient in filling orders. I don't believe I will ever receive the two sweaters that I ordered. It has been nearly 2 months since time of purchase and no delivery as of yet. Please help to get this company offline. Not sure what the problem is but - they cannot be trusted.

1. First I ordered a pair of shorts and never got them!
2. This business claims to be owned by black people, but it's not; they are trying to profit off black customers and this is very unfortunate!

I ordered and top and leggings may 14th just received the top June 27th..the item is sooo cheap looking and I did not get my leggings. After multiple 5emails from the same person Tashard I wish I just would have kept on with my PayPal complaint..STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE SELLER. The positive reviews couldn't be from real life consumers..there is no way. They deserve no stars and to be shut down.

Scam! I've been waiting three weeks and still says processing. I bought a civil rights leaders hoodie and they never sent it. I will be filing a complaint with my paypal

I made a purchase April 16th for mother's day and never got my order. After I sent a email asking about my purchase, I received a email from a tracking site saying my delivery was delivered but no package... I sent another email too the company explaining the situation and they said it shows on there side that the package is in transit! Stay far away from this company there stealing people's money.

Horrible! Order never showed at all I asked for a full refund and was told too wait 60 days before I could get a refund... After the 60day wait my purchase of $34.75 was refunded but they only refunded $29.75...

I had to edit this comment because my shirt has arrived and it looks good. They had me worried because of the long wait, but overall they delivered.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I am so embarrassed that I fell for this scamming place. First of all this company is based in Chicago by the way of China. It took two months for a shirt that is so cheap and crappy, the "hallowed out back" is a square cut into the spandex material with slits made and tied. Like the t-shirts and scarves the kids do in camp. This shirt is so ugly and cheap. This place is not in Chicago they are trying to capitalize on a movement that they aren't even here to share in. Shame shame shame. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! IT took two months to get the ugly shirt. I AM SURE A REFUND WOULD BE NEVER!! Crappy company..

I ordered 5 items from Melaninful over 3 separate orders. I received 2 of the 5 items. Tracking information said I had. I notified the company and received a response from Tashard telling me to check my mailbox. I responded saying that I had and had also been to my servicing post office. We exchanged several emails (he ignored my request for a phone number) with him continuing to tell me to check my mailbox. Mind you, one of the items I purchased was a rug WHICH WON'T FIT IN A MAILBOX. The tracker for the rug says it was delivered by San Francisco Express. It doesn't say to where. Please note that I live in Las Vegas. I brought up that point. Response again was to check my mailbox. The rug was supposed to be a birthday gift for the leader of my group where one of our objectives is to promote supporting black businesses. Go figure.

THEY SELL THE CHEAPEST ITEMS KNOWN TO MAN FOR HIGH PRICE AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU A FAKE ADDRESS IN VIETNAM TO RETURN THE TRASHY PRODUCTS JUST SO THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR REFUND BUT THE ITEMS END UP COMING BACK TO YOU AFTER YOU'VE PAID $40+ TO SHIP IT INTERNATIONALLY. DO NOT SHOP WITH THE LYING, SCAMMING LITTLE LEECHES.

Bought a set of necklace for my girl, and she absolutely loved it. Shipping was a bit delayed, but support from, I think Tashard, helped me locate the package right away.

SCAMMER ALERT. This company is a fraud. They’re also deceiving people into believing this is a Black owned company based out of Detroit when in fact this is a China based company. Sad they are exploiting off the African American culture. Blacks dollars are the most powerful and here we are being scammed by another country over our stolen culture. It’s been over a month since I ordered an item their website said I would get in time for Mother's Day. No package has been received only an invalid tracking number that still shows has not been taking to delivery company. Their response like so many other scammers is using the world pandemic as an excuse for you being slow to receive. BUYER BEWARE.
