Well organised, kind and efficient.
A very well organised and efficient process so far with clear easy to follow communications and plenty of oppotunity to ask questions or discuss concerns. Follow up actions taken care of within minutes.
The initial call to talk through the full process and what to expect was conducted by a very kind, calm and patient fellow called Cliff who immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable answering his questions and asking for any further clarifications.
The call was conducted at my pace and I never felt rushed or put on the spot.
Although scheduled for 15 minutes we completed the call in far less and I hung up the phone feeling I had been properly lilstened to and had all the information I needed.
Based on my experience so far I recomend Melios.

First class service
We have used Melios for my daughter and now to book myself in for an ADHD test. Luke who originally did our consultation was fabulous and so professional and friendly. From start to finish our daughter had a positive diagnosis in about 8 weeks. This included waiting for school to submit forma too. Definitely worth it. Excited to get started with my journey now.

Had a great experiences with melios/healios for my diagnosis and consultations, and all professionals were very friendly and intellectual. Very good service for someone who struggles socially!

Very helpful and friendly made me feel at ease
I have started the journey with Melios for my son to have a combined ADHD and autism assessment, speaking with Luka he’s very friendly and makes you feel at ease, it’s so nice to finally speak to someone who understand my son and his situation would definitely recommend melios x

I had my first call with Luka at Melios today regarding and ADHD & Autism assessment for my daughter. It was relaxed and informative. He answered all my questions and the process seems straight forward.

ADHD assessment journey …
I have very recently started the process of getting an ADHD assessment, accessed via Healix Health, and I am really impressed with how quick & easy the process has been so far. I have been kept up to date regularly by Melios, and Luka has been really helpful & supportive throughout. Would highly recommend

Assessment re Autism
Have just decided to proceed with private assessment for my son after a long battle with schools and also the long waiting lists with the NHS route for assessment
Samual Turner has been the first port of contact so far and he has been amazing in talking me through the process and answering my questions
Am definitely feeling a lot more positive regarding getting my son the help he needs for his future

Adult ASD and ADHD assessment through BUPA
I accessed this through my employer and the BUPA cover I get from them. I am 41 and sought out an assessment after a period of real struggle.
Melios is well presented and their patient platform Healios is quite usable but I my customer journey was not positive due to communication lags and being left unsure of what was going on. The ASD assessors were friendly and pleasant but they clearly just wanted to get it over with, two and a half hours were scheduled for the calls but they lasted one hour. I felt very exposed during the calls and they ended abruptly, I sent in a follow up email with more info and once I got my report it was clear they did not read my email. Overall this was not a pleasant experience.
The ADHD assessor was much more reassuring. When I got my reports I was offered a feedback session, this was very disheartening, I wish I hadn't gone. I was told to read the pamphlets they emailed me and to follow up with local orgs. I'm glad I have my diagnoses now, but the process was quite horrible.
If I had paid full price I would have been furious.

Thorough, timely, friendly and professional
I approached Melios about an autism assessment for my son on someone's recommendation and after checking their website and reviews. I was thoroughly impressed with my initial meeting with Rachael Taylor. She gave me ample time to explain our situation and answered all my questions. She explained the process very clearly and sent me a really helpful summary by email afterwards. As we're halfway through a 7 year NHS waiting list, it was a great relief to know that the assessment will be completed within a couple of months. Rachael is a real asset to the company - she's made me feel confident that we'll both be in good hands throughout the process.

Can recommend Melios
First impressions of Melios have been very good. I requested a video call for my initial consultation, which I prefer to talking on the phone. Rachael was very welcoming, friendly, reassuring & helpful. She went through each stage of the process & explained everything really well. I was able to ask questions & it didn’t take long to get the decision, that my assessment process could go ahead. Once I had paid my fees, the onboarding process started quickly. I was reassured that I could take things at my pace, which worked for me. Melios staff have been at the end of an email, with any questions or queries I’ve had. It’s a big thing getting a neurodivergent assessment & so far I’m glad I picked Melios. For a first stage, I can recommend Melios.

First Impression
We’ve just started the combined ADHD and ASD assessment process with Melios, and the experience so far has been fantastic. From the very first call, Luka has been kind, professional, and really easy to talk to. Everything has been clearly explained, and we’ve felt supported and listened to at every step.
It’s such a relief to work with people who genuinely understand neurodiversity and take the time to see the whole child, not just the difficulties. The process so far feels thorough, caring, and well organised — couldn’t recommend Melios enough at this stage.

quick and easy access to the assessment
I am just starting the process and at the moment my experience has been very positive as Luka has been very clear, helpful and approachable. I feel confident that Melios will offer us the right procedure to find the correct diagnosis and positive results for our daughter.

Excellent introduction to the company
I loved from the first email, it was very clear communication about what to expect from my first initial consultation, which helped ease my nerves about it all and it came across as very professional and well thought out. Sam, who did my initial consultation, was kind, understanding, reassuring and thorough. His communication skills were excellent. I know exactly what to expect going forward and feel able to ask anything at any time throughout the process. Overall, so far an excellent, reassuring introduction to the company. Sam Turner helped with that, massively. Great first impression.

Highly-professional and friendly from…
Highly-professional and friendly from start to finish. They handled my daughter’s adhd and autism diagnosis. She was a tricky case as a very good masker, but the clinicians understood this. Another shout out to Claire Gill who is outstanding.
