I have read the reviews and would have agreed with a few. I bought a water pump 4 months ago and it developed a problem with flowing pumping. I replaced the impeller but it still was slow. On discussing it with theTec team they have without a quibble replaced it which is running well and my Allotement is now complete.
They answered email within a couple of hours which is refreshing today.

Ordered three items, pendant never shipped and had to request a refund through PayPal. the other jewelry I received was not stone as mentioned, and even if it was my fault for not reading the discrption and it was instead beads, the ring I received, the beads were green and the first day I wore the ring and I washed my hands the color faded greatly, so for thirty something dollars I would expect the color to not wash away. I also tried contacting them through multiple channels, insta, Facebook, website email because the jewlery took two weeks to ship and then the tracking info kept saying invalid. They claim to be a small company in the states but the app to track your shipping said it was in Thailand. A big red flag, they remove their fb comments and you cant even comment on Instagram. So it's a fraud site, glad I only spent 80 bucks, and because they did not respond to PayPal I got all my money back. The rings I got were cheaply made and they were over thirty dollars. Beware of this site

Greet quality jewelry at a really reasonable price. I’ve actually been surprised at how great the quality of the stones are. I ordered with them in the past and experienced really slow shipping but since then their customer service has told me they’ve switched carriers and my package this time came in 2 days.

AWFUL. I never received my orders. Scam company.

Fake, plastic jewelry being sold as "24K gold filled" or "gold vermeil". The "semi-precious" stones are just plastic beads. False advertising. Total ripoff.
