Used to be a great source, but as prices rise, they seem to have taken their eye off the quality.
Had a few cheeses over Christmas and of the soft ones, where they used to excel, two out of three were just not ready.

A very poor communicator, as they failed to provide any order acknowledgement, confirmation of delivery date, or anything else -- but they were quick to withdraw payment from the Bank.
After a couple of days of silence, I cancelled the order.
A few days later, with no acknowledgement of the cancellation, the Courier tried to deliver the order.
The Courier was told about the earlier cancellation, and promised to "Return to Sender".
However, much later the same day (21:20hrs) a text message informed that the goods would be delivered (by the same Courier) the following day.
A further cancellation reminder email was despatched immediately -- which seems to have done the trick as no goods arrived today.
I'm just waiting now to see how long it takes for the monies to be refunded.
NO I would not recommend this company.
UPDATE
Although cancelled on 19th May, and with two update request emails since, NO communication is forthcoming from this company, NOR is any refund visible in my Bank Account, as per today 30th May.

Patience depleted - no refund received.
Recorded delivery letter now sent to Rory Mellis and Iain Mellis, outlining my intended course of action to recover outstanding monies.
FINALLY - (10th June) and only as a result of detailing intended course of action for debt recovery, a refund is to hand. It still cost me 2 x Royal Mail Recorded Delivery charges - but that's another story.
