I found the perfect dramatic song for my short film on their catalogue - I was very happy with it and impressed with the standard of music. The site was easy to navigate and I liked that you could search by Australian artists. Soundtrack is so important in filmmaking - thanks to Melodie for supporting us!

I have made a couple music videos using Melody and I like them very much. I’m gonna dig deeper and see what songs are really good for videos. I’m sticking with them.

Melodie is a fresh take on production music with close to 200 composers and a lot of them Australian which is great for supporting local artist. The quality of music and composition is better than a lot of other production music libraries we've used in the past. AI is integrated into music search and the initial offer for early subscribers is GREAT value!

The music was awesome! The website was easy to use and I absolutely loved the feature where you can find songs that are similar to others. I emailed the Melodie team a question and they replied straight away. I highly recommend.

We switched to Melodie as our music provider two years ago and haven’t looked back. Not long ago, Melodie was running a promotion for a lifetime subscription to their music. You could buy in at a basic level or you could buy a "Pro" subscription for more money.

I misunderstood the ad and thought that some of the features I wanted were included in the basic version so I subscribed. It took only a few minute to realize my mistake, but by then I had learned that this seemingly new music site had some really good and unique music to offer.

I contacted the company and explained my mistake and requested that they let me upgrade to the "Pro" subscription instead, and they responded almost immediately.

Since then, I use Melodie pretty much exclusively when I need music for any of my content. I really enjoy the ability to download a song in its entirety, but I also appreciate that often I can get various parts (drums, bass, no vocals, etc) separately, and sometimes I can also get different loops, like one minute, thirty second, etc.

Earlier today, I used the AI search to look for music, but instead of using what you might expect for keywords, I asked for music to go with a pair of happy ducks, sitting in the shade, watching a Monorail at Walt Disney World.

The search engine offered several songs and many of them were appropriate for what I was looking for.

I don't pretend to know all the ins and outs of using this music site, but so far I've really been able to make good use of their content. And since I've started my subscription, it's been my first stop in looking for Music, and I've not been disappointed. Not once.

A couple of months ago, I signed up with Melodie Music because I'm a radio host and podcast producer and I needed a library that was relatively inexpensive. I came across their ad in Facebook, with their offer of a discount for signing up to a lifetime access to their extensive music beds, themes and tracks. I was just getting into the weeds of finding stuff because they have quite a catalogue to offer, and frankly, that can be a bit of a problem, because there is so much to wade through. But there is one feature that has blown me away. I just tried Melodie's uploading feature where you can upload a piece of music to find something similar. So, this is now my new favourite feature! This is a godsend! This is the feature that Melodie should be plugging more as anyone who is on a budget and is concerned about cost (as economical as their service is) this is without a doubt the feature that will draw the fence sitters to Melodie's side!

Its ok but a lot of the music sounds very generic when it comes to instrumentals. There are some good playlists but very few latin/spanish songs, the 80s and 90s sound very generic. No salsa, no merengue, no reggaeton, a lot of the songs arent fast paced and i look for that when using it on my streams. Your volume bar is very unbalanced. Example: if i want the volume bar at 5% or 10% i have to basically bring the white bar all the way down to invisible. That needs to be fixed cause i cannot listen to the music on my live stream cause the volume bar amount is not balanced and just moving it slightly will jump the volume too high.

The sample from YouTube button is missing. The BPM selection from the current library is limited to 170 tops. Anything above that and I get a "It looks like you're searching for something" message. Not for some of my needs.

Melodie is the best music site I have ever used. I absolutely love their interface: it is so easy to search for exactly the kind of music you are looking for, for the right tone, theme and genre plus the searching is fun. Their selection of music is vast and diverse and it's constantly being added to. Their customer service is also next level: they are a team who live and breath music and they are there to help as soon as you need them to. I cannot recommend Melodie enough, in fact, I recommend it to everyone I meet. I am a filmmaker and a film educator, and I tell all my students and colleagues to use Melodie. They are the best.
