Support is horrible
Meloncube's hosting is just okay (It just works but is not great) but their support is horrible, I have had a ticket open for nearly a month trying to get back into my account after their 2FA page broke. I got back into my account about a week ago to find that my service was apparently cancelled (I still would have had a few months left on my service) and I lost access. I opened a ticket and haven't gotten any meaningful response since. This has happened to me twice.

Have used MelonCube for hosting Minecraft
Have used MelonCube for hosting my Minecraft server for ages - every time I ran into any issues they quickly and simply helped me out. I never had any issues with their hosting, the server was always up and available. Great hosting! I would definitely recommend their services!!

Best customer service experience of my life
After discovering I had unintentionally continued paying for a server I'd forgotten to cancel, I got in touch with Meloncube's support team via their ticket system...
Within 2 hours of communication we had come to a settlement that all parties were happy with.
Probably the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of receiving. 10/10 for everything. I will certainly be using them in future.

The Perfect MineCraft Server Solution. Period.
The servers are extremely responsive, even under the heavy loads of some of the larger modpacks. Always ready, always on, and always fun! Tech support is second to none - they have always had solutions ready quickly (if not instantly) to resolve every issue we encountered. We rarely encountered issues at all, and most times it was an "us" issue not a "them" issue - thankfully they are incredibly patient, too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Meloncube: A Reliable, Trustworthy Provider
I've used Meloncube for plenty of my servers, and they've always been incredible! Between the expedient reply times, the friendly and helpful staff, and their reliable hardware I couldn't ask for a better provider. They even helped to save a friend of mines server when he had it up by increasing his uptime from 85% to a near 100% uptime!

I've been using these guys for years
I've been using these guys for years, only ever with smaller modded servers for my friend group. They are always well priced at around $3 per gb. Where they really shine is their support. Easy to fill out tickets and I've never waited over an hour or two for a reply even at 3am central time. I always recommend them and will continue to do so.
