Booked two holidays now and have experienced nothing but excellent service on both occasions

I have booked numerous holidays with Mel's travel wouldn't go anywhere else .They always go the extra mile to get you exactly what you want and are always so helpful, nothing is too much trouble .

We always use Mel's they will match or beat any online quote, print vouchers and boarding passes. Money exchange at competitive rates. Airport hotels and parking. Very efficient and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for all holidays needs

Booked this years holiday and next years holiday with them and they can’t do enough for you. Even when I was being very particular nothing was a problem.

Jordan’s been my point of contact on a couple of occasions and most recently helped us to find and book the perfect honeymoon! Very helpful, efficient and friendly service, couldn’t ask for more tbh!

Mel’s travel deliver exceptional customer service, every time I’ve messaged for a quote I’ve had a response instantly, price beaten or matched with examples I’ve given. They go above and beyond for customers and nothing is ever too much trouble for them (no matter what time of day you message ) I would highly recommend going to Mel’s Travel to book your holidays they are truly a fab team :-)

Couldn’t recommend Mel’s travel enough! The team are lovely and will always help me when I’ve had any questions. Lois helped me book New York recently and managed to get us a really good deal with our strict requirements needed by the family. Couldn’t thank her enough and nothing seemed to be a problem for her.

By far the best travel agency I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, I have been using mel for years from when she first set up alone. Nothing is too hard for mel and her team and they always go above and beyond.

Brilliant group of girls at Mel’s Travel! We’ve used them for our last few holidays, ranging from Florida, to chilled weeks in the sun, city breaks, and UK staycations. We wouldn’t book elsewhere now. They always manage to find something to suit exactly what we want, no matter how long it takes. Fab service!
