hotel booking
When making a booking for the hotel the dates changed upon receipt of the email confirmation. our original dates were from July 7th to the 10th, but in the email it states we purchased the dates for July 13th-16th. Please do assist with with either the changing to the correct dates or a swift refund. We are currently in the process of doing all we can on our end. We humbly await your response.

The website gave issues loading and froze several times . Also the advertised price changed once the purchase went through . The advertised price was $137 , with a total of $141 . I was charged $141 plus tax for a total of $155.

It was so easy to retrieve the tickets I purchased and they were sent to my email immediately after purchase, which was great because I’ve previously had bad experiences with them sending my tickets on time to my email! The process was easy and convenient. I will definitely use my members deals again! Also, I saved a lot of money using my membersdeals discounts!

Booking issues
When I went to book the room, the price and date changed. I had to set it back to my dates. Then it told me my final price was $136, only for add'l fees to be added. My total was $155 and some change. That's misleading. Other than that, I appreciate the service and the help.
