I didn’t realize how much I needed Memorae until I actually started using it. They were also very accommodating when I requested a trial extension, giving me about an extra week to explore the app properly.

Most of my work is managed through WhatsApp, and Memorae does a great job keeping up with my reminders and task lists. I haven’t missed any updates since using it, which has been really helpful.
Customer service is good. There’s still room to improve, as replies can take a few days, but when they do respond, they are clear and helpful. I had an issue subscribing because I accidentally registered two numbers, which caused some confusion, but they managed to sort it out.

Overall, the app has exactly the features I need to manage both personal and work tasks.

Mala relación costo-beneficio. Tiene errores muy básicos como confundir horas y fechas. La sincronización con calendarios no funciona al 100. Por ejemplo, el calendario pone los eventos en otras fechas. Las listas tampoco sirven de mucho porque se confunde.

Se me cobró la suscripción anual (USD 72) y ese mismo día el servicio presentó fallas: recordatorios que no llegaron a tiempo. Solicité reembolso por email y por Instagram. Esperando respuesta. Actualizo cuando se resuelva.

Epic fail. It dsnt memorize well, forgets things, cant be customized to days of the week, add things on chores that were not requested by me, its more messy than to save u time

The app is very usefull, i am using it on day to day basis now.

i can talk to memorae the day before and ask it to remind me of my plans. love the fact that memorae can check my callendar and see if i have time or not
i hope that we can have a note page, and maybe, if you can make the interface more minimal :) the callendar section i would love to have day month week views. and if possible to chat with memorae in callendar view

This is a complete con. The seven day free trial is fake and my credit card was charged immediately. I sent seven messages by email and Instagram and am still waiting for an acknowledgment.

Meanwhile, as Memorae forgets to remind itself that if you promise a free trial you should give people one, I've resorted to lodging a dispute with American Express.

The actual service is gimmicky and glitchy with functionality that – like its free trial – promises more than it delivers.

Update on 21 Feb 2026: Memorae finally agreed to refund the charge on my credit card - i should see it in 5-10 days. No apology. Just some bleating about "being a young company" and trying hard, as if that is justification for dodgy behaviour. Sigh.

The product in it's core is super nice.
And there support team is super amazing and helpful. give them a try!

Super idiotic AI. To put in flight details in my outlook and google calendar I had to kept explaning non stop giving a full example, yet it goes wrong. When I snapshot circled it in green explaining the details, it still get it so wrong. Today, I also did the same, inviting a friend for dinner, gave details asked memorae to draft a message to my friend, it drafted a no-sense message without the detail of the dinner, just mention below

For our dinner, the venue will be the same as before.

The first message was not even sent, and this is the first message sent without details.

Lousy details, it forgets all the details especially the flight detail, drove me up the wall.

Empecé a usar Memorae por puro caos familiar: dos niños, mil cosas a la vez, mensajes sueltos, citas, compras, recordatorios… y la sensación constante de “me falta algo”. Necesitaba un sitio donde volcarlo todo sin abrir apps ni perder tiempo.

Lo que me hizo quedarme es que lo uso por WhatsApp, que es donde ya estoy todo el día. Para mí es clave: es rápido y sencillo. Estoy cocinando, en el coche (parado), en el parque… y en 10 segundos le mando: “recuérdame X”, “apunta Y”, “cuando sea Z avísame”, “guarda esto”, “mañana por la tarde…”. Sin menús, sin fricción.

Un ejemplo real: antes, lo típico era que uno decía “hay que pedir cita / llevar esto / comprar aquello” y se quedaba en el aire… y acababa en un “¿quién lo apuntó?” o “se me olvidó”. Ahora lo vuelco al momento por WhatsApp y luego Memorae me lo devuelve cuando toca. Eso, en casa, es oro: menos discusiones, menos estrés mental y más sensación de control.

No diría que es solo “recordatorios”. Es más bien un segundo cerebro para la familia: ideas, pendientes, notas rápidas, cosas que no quiero perder. Y lo mejor es que no me obliga a cambiar hábitos: simplemente uso WhatsApp, como siempre, pero con orden.

Si sigues una vida familiar con mil frentes, para mí Memorae es de esas herramientas que se notan en el día a día.

Había calificado originalmente con cuatro estrellas Pero los "olvidos" han sido míos no de Memorae y cada vez voy mejorando en anotar todo. Desde el año pasado tengo un cargo administrativo en el hospital donde aún trabajo por gracia de Dios y eso ha traído una serie de reuniones, de información a compartir con otro personal, de resúmenes a entregar en fin muchas responsabilidades. Ha llegado el momento de decir antes de Memorae y hoy con Memorae. Cómo dije antes aún hay cosas que see pasan, Pero porque no las incluyo en el momento. Así que vamos creciendo con Memorae. He tenido un problemita técnico e inmediatamente se comunicaron conmigo y están resolviendo yo estoy seguro que será satisfactorio pues acá he encontrado profesionalismo.

Hace mas de 6 meses q lo uso. Vivi la etapa de crecimiento y cada vez esta mejor. Tengo una agenda muy inestable porque depende del clima. Con memorae Lo mas importante es que recupere tiempo, orden y memoria. Me ayudo a recordar tareas pendientes que si o si iba a olvidar. Un hallazgo.

I really love the cross platform integration. I can email Memorae and I can WhatsApp (text or voice) and it remembers, organises and reminds me to do what I need to do. It's responsive and has allowed to brain dump into it, where it creates order from chaos.

So far the assistant has been very interesting and useful. AI is progressing leaps and bounds. The assistant can even respond to voice notes and set reminders. I guess the full benefit will come from the big bang premium subscription....

First test of the system and the reminder was delayed despite confirming the time. Straight away I couldn't trust it.

I run an Emergency management company and currently have teams putting out Generators for Hospitals, First responders, pumping stations and warming stations where power was lost during the recent winter storms. With teams in KY, MS, TN and VA, I have a lot to remember.
Memorae helps remember where I have issues, need more staff, where they are staying and the priorities.
