The bench is beautiful. My sister doesn't even want it outside. It sits in her entryway just inside her front door. Thank you so much. It arrived in perfect condition at exactly the right time. It is heavier than I thought it would be, and the quality is better.

This is an update to an earlier review which I was not able to edit. The bench was received during the time period originally given. We assembled the bench today and it looks great. It took two of us about an hour. Although the two packages with the bench parts took a lot of abuse in transit, everything made it without damage which is a testament to the quality of the materials. The bench is very sturdy and comfortable. I am sure our museum visitors will enjoy using it and it is a beautiful memorial for one of our longtime volunteers. We would definitely consider getting another Memorial Bench in the future.

Our non-profit museum ordered a memorial bench in the fall of 2021 and received an email less than 4 weeks later to confirm the wording for the bench. We have received no updates since then. We hope they will send a shipment notice when the bench is finally on its way.

We found Memorial Benches online and selected a beautiful bench to memorialize a close friend.
We place our order, and received a proof within 1 day. We worked with Darius, who was awesome. He followed up with a call to ensure the proof was received and made the minor change we asked for returning the changed proof within 1 day.
Estimated delivery upon order placement was 4-5 weeks, but we received the completed bench in 2 weeks.
It is absolutely gorgeous and we cannot wait to give it to our friends!!

If I could have given 10 stars, I would have!
My brother passed suddenly at the early age of 42. He was beyond amazing in every aspect of his life. A wonderful, loving and generous father, husband, son, brother, uncle, nephew and employee. His life was full at the time of his passing. He would give anyone he met the shirt off of his back. TRULY!
In my time of grieving I was searching for something to have to really hold on to his memory and memorialize him forever. I stumbled online upon this website and was beyond intrigued at looking at these beautiful benches, as it was something I would have never thought of.
I took a chance and placed my order. It was a Sunday and I didn't really know what I was doing and was trying to figure out the correct font, words to say, etc. I wasn't sure what to expect and then I received a call directly from Darius personally within an hour!
I needed guidance and he recognized the mistakes in my ordering process and wanted to make CERTAIN that it was going to be exactly what I wanted.
He took an extended amount of time to walk me through everything, listen to my concerns, etc. It was BEYOND comforting! It is not easy to find that kind of customer service.
I received my proofs within a day. I was able to make changes and receive updated versions within hours! THEY REALLY CARE! I shared my experience with my other brother and he was very excited about the bench and wanted one too. He too was able to communicate with Darius directly and have an even MORE custom made bench than what I asked for and I have to tell you, the experience was beyond any expectation.
We have received our benches and they are REMARKABLE! They are quality and the details are impressive to say the least.
We decided to showcase ours in a different way than just simply in a garden and we are very pleased. I encourage anyone that is looking for something TRULY UNIQUE to have to celebrate a loved one to use this site. You will not go wrong. Darius is one of a kind and the service is next to none.

What a wonderful experience. Have never ordered anything like this before so it was a guessing game about where to start. Our chorus wanted to erect a memorial bench in honor of members Dad.
