I crafted a beautiful book in memory of my late husband. Initially, arranging the images and text was somewhat challenging since I'm not very experienced, but I figured it out over time. The quality is exceptional, and the final product matches the preview perfectly, which was a helpful reference throughout the process. I'm truly grateful.

On balance, this company gets five stars.
I ordered two books for the Christmas deadline, in a bit of a rush. Unfortunately one of the books was sent back to the printers due to poor quality and did not arrive on time. I would like to see a bit more on the communication front as once submitted there wasn't a confirmed date, just a status of "processing" on the website.
However, when I emailed to query what had happened to the book I received a very quick reply, an explanation and offer of a refund if it did not arrive on time.
The quality of the books are good and match the resolution of the photos I submitted. Creating a customised format using their editor was also very easy once I got the hang of it.
Excellent customer service and a great little product.

Ease of formatting and rapid production

I used it to create a beautiful memory book for my granddaughter. The printed quality was superb. I will be using them again very soon as I now have another granddaughter. 😊

Book was beautiful and arrived within the advised time scale. Was really difficult to contact the webpage though - tried twice and didn't receive an answer. Didn't get a confirmatory email. Started to think it was a scam but fortunately book arrived and was perfect

The book I made to remember my recently deceased husband is beautiful. I am no expert and at first I found the placing of photos and text a bit tricky but got the hang of it eventually. The quality is first class and everything looks exactly as it did in the preview which is a great way to check how it’s going.

I wanted to create a keepsake book of short and long-form messages and photos for my Dad - not just a photo book - and Memory Books' allowed me to do just that, and the software was so easy to use.

The only hiccup was that my books were posted to the wrong address but Clare got on the case and made sure I received the books the next day. Thank you!

Book was lovely. Took a bit of time to work out how to do it all nut well worth it in the end. very reasonable price. My friend was very pleased with hers.

I have now created three memory books using memory-books and have been thrilled how they all turned out. The website is easy to use and the pre loaded page layouts are fantastic and make the process so much easier. On the odd occasion I had to contact the website asking for help the response was always very swift and constructive. The quality of the books once they were printed was very good and all the recipients were thrilled with them. I highly recommend!!
