I give them a zero. This is absolutely a scam. Everything everyone below mentioned has happened to me. STAY AWAY!!

Horrible!!! Waited two months and still haven’t got them. No reply’s to any emails. This page is a scam!! I saw it on an Instagram ad and wish I hadn’t and hope this website gets taken down!! Basically just thro ur money in the trash if you chose to buy from them.

I ordered a gift in February, I still haven’t received it, I tried contacting them, they don’t want to give me back my money and it’s impossible for them to give me a reply, I do not recommend anyone buying from here, my rating is less than a star…

This company is a scam. I ordered 4 pair of socks. It took 6 weeks to send 2 pair. The other two were missing. This company does not have a phone number to contact. The only way to get in touch with them is via e-mail. After countless e-mails, they were able to deliver the other two pair of socks, but about 9 weeks after the original order date. After asking for a refund, they denied my request! One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs!

Do not buy off this company. I bought socks and undies 3 months ago and still do not have the items. The customer service is poor. I’ve asked for my refund and they are refusing to refund me. They tell you to contact the shipping company myself and organise myself. Absolutely disgusting service!

As with everyone else writing a review this company is consistently bad. I spent over 300$ for my 3 pair of pajamas on Jan 7th I ordered them for Valentine gifts. I get an e-mail on February 16th that my order has shipped. I have no idea what to expect for quality but the service is hideous. Please be aware of their terrible services. There are other companies that do the same work if not better. They have lost a very good customer

I ordered in early January and they still haven't shown up. For all I know they aren't coming.

Do not order from memory socks. I ordered 4 pairs for a Christmas present. They arrived a month and a half after Christmas and all 4 pairs were blurry. When I emailed to see if i could return them it took 3 weeks for a reply and all it said was can you keep them, we will give you 20% off. $60 for 4 pairs of blurry cheap socks. Rip off and a scam!

Worst purchase of my entire life. Shipping took 3 months, with Memory Socks lying to me throughout the entire delay. When the product finally arrived, I couldn't even make out the images that were printed on the socks. Quality was a 0/10. Customer service is a 0/10. Company is a 0/10. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Wish I’d read these review first... ordered weeks ago and after receiving my tracking number it was not recognised by the tracking company. Emailed twice and had no response at all. Will update if I get my products or a response but it’s likely this company is a SCAM

Absolutely shocking .... I ordered my friend a pair of funny socks in November , for Xmas .... still waiting (26th jan) Had zero contact from them ! Moon pig and funky pigeon were out of stock that was my only reason for ordering from these absolute jokers !

Avoid this company. Pretends they ship but don't they are in China. PayPal is in bed with them as they have this crook company an extra 30 days to ship this crap to me, when I got the items they were garbage. Avoid this place and paypal.

My grandaughter ordered the socks in November we never got them the tracking number wasn't recognized by the shipper I paid by PayPal so they got my full refund this is a scam don't fall for it they are out of China

I ordered my socks 3 months ago (maybe a little longer) I didn’t get a tracking number for the LONGEST time. It took about 2 months for them give me tracking number. I emailed them multiple times, I got 1 response and it wasn’t helpful at all. So after waiting for 3 months, my socks finally just got to my house. They look good, but it definitely wasn’t worth the wait.
Save your money, or go else where.
These people are not the best.

Ordered socks on Nov 14, 2019 for a Christmas gift. Emailed customer service 2 times they told me I would have them before Christmas, they arrived in the mail today (Jan 14th 2020). 2 months is ridiculous!!! Also the print on the sock wasn’t as clear as a pair I had ordered from PupSocks last year. I thought I would be saving a few bucks since PupSocks was a little more expensive . Never again will I take that chance!!!!!!!

Ordered PJs on 12/12/19 (2 days before the "order before date to receive by Christmas" and paid for expedited shipping) but I didn't receive them until 1/7. The company took two weeks to respond to email and ignored any other attempts to contact them. When they did respond, they blamed the shipping company (UPS) however UPS assured me that they had not received a package from MemorySocks. I did eventually receive my order however the PJs are, at best, low quality and not comfortable. I strongly recommend using a competitor.

Same as all other reviews. I was hoping to get these in time for Christmas after placing order 11-26-2019. I finally received tracking info and has shipped from China "in route". Will update if they actually show up.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 1 pair of socks in mid-November and have still not received anything. This company is a joke. Look closely at their website. They offer no direct contact phone number- only an email address and a chat feature that doesn’t work. I’ve emailed about 5 times before finally getting a response saying Christmas is their busy time and to be patient. When I ordered my socks the shipping method I selected said it would arrive WELL BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Here it is January 7th with nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered on Nov 21 2019. I sent several emails and they just answered to the first one. I have no news, no tracking number, no way to contact them.

This company is a scam.
