Generates a lot more billable hours.

By using this tool it helps me track my usage over a week and assign the hours spend more accurately. This leads to uncovering a lot more billable hours and increasing our overall invoices to customers.

Really love this tool, I wish I had it available through my company! Even requested this from my boss. Time tracking is something that always falls low on my priority list but I know it is so important for client projects! This really helps me be accurate when tracking time.

I love how easy it is tracking every single thing you do. Simply connect to your favorite app (mine is clockify) add your task and voila! Click and drag to the total time spent. Very easy to navigate and extremely useful.

As a developer in my one-person business, keeping track of billable hours is crucial. After I started using Timebro and later switched to Memtime, I've gained complete oversight of all my working hours across different client projects.

Previously, I used a manual Excel spreadsheet for time tracking, but I often forgot to record hours, resulting in lost billable time. With Memtime, all my working hours are automatically registered and distributed across projects, so I can now invoice the actual time I spend on each project.

The switch to Memtime has meant a significant improvement in my business. Simply having accurate data on my working hours has increased my revenue by about 20%, simply because I'm now able to invoice all the hours I actually work.

We are using Memtime (Timebro) since more than 4 years now. The software is working pretty well, bugs are fixed quickly and updates are coming in regular. Basically, its a real lifesaver for me. I would love to have some improvements in the direction of automation, an ai tool or a rule builder so that i can set recurring tasks on autopilot.

I really like that i have the full control and privacy, so only time entries that i have approved are move to our project management system.

What a great way to manage your time and track and manage your billable and non-billable time.

I am working for a consultancy company that bills their customers per hour. I used to spend at least 30 mins a day logging time against Teamwork. However, with Memtime it takes me less than 10 minutes. It integrates directly with my Google Calendar and Teamwork projects.

I had good experience with this great tool. I cancelled subscription because I didn't need it anymore. There was no trouble communicating with stuff when needed. They are super helpful.

Easy to use, but intensive if you want to submit your timesheet in a granular way, but that says more of timesheet than of Memtime. Using it for almost a year and a half and could not miss it. Off course this isn't the 100% perfect tool, e.g. automatic recognition isn't working consistently, but I have tested 3 tools before and finally choose Memtime.

I love that Memtime takes the 'start stop' parts out of timetracking for me.

It used to be a great product to help you track time, but the last few months are just crazy. Every new update distroys something. For the price of the subscription I would expect a total different profesional aproach.

The software has been with us for 5 years. For us, it is the perfect solution to never again forget to invoice smaller tasks in our daily business.

Good timetracker for freelancers like me. I would say the connection with other integrations makes it easier to export your data to make invoices from.

Great tool for an agency to track all services of projects. Doesn't let you forget any task and reminds you on a daily basis to report all your tasks. Perfect addition to our agency software hello hQ.

Gutes Tool, dass den Zeitlog bei uns optimiert hat und Dokumentationszeit spart. Könnte im Handling noch etwas flüssiger sein, hat aber viele Schnittstellen – daher Daumen hoch!

DO NOT BUY, if you cancle and they think they can pressure you into paying for the next period they will try. The software is resource intensive and intrusive should not be used in a corporate setting.

Das Tool erfasst alle Aktivitäten auf dem Rechner, wovon insbesondere Mitarbeiter mit vielen Kontextwechsel profitieren. Die JIRA-Integration ist ein zusätzliches Plus und stellt sicher, dass die Stunden auch auf das richtige Projekt gebucht werden.

I suggest canceling your service immediately after signing up, so you have the option to renew once it expires. I was informed by my bank that I was unexpectedly charged over $300 for a renewal. I promptly contacted the company to let them know I did not intend to renew. Unfortunately, I was informed that a refund was not possible, but they assured me that my account is now canceled and I can use the software until 2026. I reached out just 30 seconds after the charge was processed but was told there is nothing they can do. A simple warning email that my account was about to renew would have been a nice gesture, but they do not send one out, which was quite disappointing. This experience taught me to be extra vigilant about subscription renewals in the future and double-check company policies on cancellations and refunds.
