Too bad ,my site suddenly stopped then they told me the ip must be changed on cloudflare DNS Zone,after I changed it,I discoverd the database is deleted .
Who had done it? and why?
They told me wordfence plugin isn't good on their servers and It caused this problem.
At the end ,they wanted me to upgrade and still the problem of database connection.
Oh, I forgot to tell you their main site was down a lot and the technical support is hardly reply on tickets.
in 13/2/2025 these problems happened:
server shared IP is changing too much and server is dropping alot.
my site backup of 7/2/2025 is suddenly running as my website.
in 14/2/2025 the database error connection.
I tried to write for support tickets,but no reply for 2 or 3 days then I can't enter their website menabitt.com.
they can't manage their website and their servers how can they found hosting company ?!

Again my website is dropped today 14-4-2025 and rebacked with old backup.The same problem that is happening frequently.

everyone should avoid this service as there is many problems from the order set up as they have not correct location as the order ,
after losing week with them to get correct location WordPress show error when the installation finsh.
even the 30 day money back guarantee is not correct and i thinke my money lost i can attach some reply from them they send me no mony back even they offers that on sale.

ارغب أن أشارك تجربتي بعد التعامل مع هذه الشركة، لقد قمت بشراء إحدى خدمات الاستضافة الخاصة بهم وكما ذكروا في إعلاناتهم وموقعهم الإلكتروني أن لديهم "ضمان استعادة الأموال لمدة 30 يومًا". لذلك بعد أن تعاملت مع خوادمهم ووجدت انها تحتوي الكثير من المشكلات وبحاجة للإصلاح وحاولت طلب استرداد الأموال لكنهم لم يعيدوا لي أي شيء، بعد عدة محاولات وكما قالوا أن استرداد الأموال لا يغطي حالة النقل من مزود آخر على الرغم من عدم ذكر هذه النقطة في "سياسة استرداد الأموال" الخاصة بهم أو في أي مكان في موقعهم على الويب وهذا ليس كل شيء.
بعد فترة من هذا الحادثة ولم يعيدوا لي أموالي، من المفترض أن لدي اشتراكي ولكني قمت بتسجيل الدخول إلى لوحة التحكم الخاصة بهم وقد اختفى اشتراكي والفاتورة السابقة، لا يوجد ما يدل على أنني اشتركت معهم من قبل.
خلاصة القول أن هذه الشركة لا تعمل بشكل احترافي ويفعلون ما يريدون دون أي لوائح أو قوانين لحماية العميل.

I want to share my experience after dealing with this company, I did purchased one of their hosting packages and as they mentioned in their advertisements and their website that they have "30-day money back guarantee." so after I've dealt with their servers and I found that their servers has a lot of problems and I tried to request refund but they didn't refund me anything, after a lot of arguments and they said that the refund is not covering when I transfer from another provider even though this idea is NOT mention in their 'Refund Policy' or anywhere in their website and that is NOT all.
A while after this indecent and they didn't refund me I suppose to have my subscription but I logged in to their control panel and my subscription has been gone also previous invoice, there is nothing to show that I've subscribe with them before.
Bottom line this company is not working professionally and they do whatever they want without any regulations or laws to protect the customer.

Great hosting and Support team! I purchased a subscription and received a free domain along with a lot of help getting it up and going along with moving over my other domain.

Good service. Need more data center locations for dedicated services

Good experience with the Peta plan. In fact they offer great resource at the price they do.
Love the cpanel they offer with all needed tools.
