Exactly the same experience as the other reviewer. They sign you up on a rolling subscription and refuse to send you the documentation you need to claim a refund when they take the money again. If you challenge this, they will cite terms and conditions with no sense of customer service and you’ll lose access to the content you have then had to pay for too. The product itself is difficult to access as it isn’t through an app. They just don’t care about you and make that very clear. Other services are better and worth the money. Genuinely this isn’t and they’ll laugh as they rip you off. Given their customer base is menopausal women, it somehow seems so much more tawdry. Find a service that treats you like a human and cares about delivering value and great information.

I got a subscription from this place and I didn't realize it was a scam until they started asking me to sign up for other apps (all had typos) - and when I opened up my meal plan... they were literally telling me to eat one piece of toast for breakfast to lose weight... this is a scam, it says Trustpilot has 4 star reviews and here we are with zero for them. I should have done my research because I just lost 20 dollars.
