My experience with Men-On-The-Move expert staff on February 28, 2023 was remarkable and professional in every way possible. My contract was developed with perfection by Kevin English which contributed greatly to the overall success of the exciting adventure. The move was executed 100% smoothly and successfully. The head of my moving team was Conroy with 3 other expert men. Their communication was great including asking me for instructions before they moved any piece of my property. They were smart, respectful, and skilled. I was astonished at how fast they wrapped my furniture and all items moved safely. They made my move of all my possessions calm and rewarding. I am extremely grateful for the Men-On-The-Move team. I will recommend this company with 10 stars!

February 10, 2023 was my third move with Men on the Move since 1995. As in the past, each of the 4 gentlemen (Anton, Charles, Phil, Lawrence) were professional, extremely hard working, and very careful with our possessions. We have moved twice within NYC and once from NYC to Florida, and each experience reenforced my belief that Men on the Move is the only moving company to use. I highly recommend them to everyone wondering which company is the best to hire for their move.
PS: Their Management team of Maureen and Harry are excellent, easy to speak with and provided a full disclosure so you know what to expect each step of the way.

They were efficient and quick.

I want to start this out by saying that I have moved, a LOT. I have used at least 3 different moving companies and always had some sort of issue-wether it was timing, broken items, unpleasant employees, etc. This time my husband and I were moving with a 3-month-old and we weren't expecting it to be an easy process. Men On The Move made everything so easy from start to finish. Harry, the relocation consultant, was very responsive to my MANY emails and made the process almost stress-free. Chris, Eric and Mikey moved us in what seemed like a split second, took great care of all of our belongings and were so pleasant to work with. I will NEVER use another moving company and will be recommending Men On The Move to everyone who needs movers.

Everyone was great, from the sales person to the crew which we used for 3 moves; from home to storage and twice from storage to our new home. They treated the moves as if they were moving family members. They showed care, empathy, patience and expertise. And their price was fair. We couldn't have been more pleased.

On the positive side everything arrived in excellent condition. However the boxes had so much paper that emptying them was cumbersome and the amount of refuse was extreme.

The movers themselves were top quality.. amazing guys.. very friendly.. hustling the whole time! But very poor communication on the front end w the total price vs. what the final price I ended up paying day of.. was over $500 more expensive than what was agreed upon on w the office I booked w.. movers were great but booking and management need to clearer and more honest on the fees and total price.

Great overall experience besides the paying for part so be very upfront that is what is said is not charged then your not paying

I would not recommend this company. I was approached immediately as a reminder by one of the movers that they work by cash tips. That completely turned me off and put me in an uncomfortable position. When my furniture arrived at my new place, I noticed that my furniture was not properly protected with any blankets or coverings. When the furniture was placed in my home, I noticed some damage which included chipped wood, scratches and marks. The movers offered to color my furniture pieces with a marker. This is totally unprofessional and I'm outraged with this company. All they did was give me a $200 dollar credit.i will never use them again.

Overall it was pretty good. All but 2 of the guys worked hard, but they all took liberties like over-wrapping furniture. We were moving less than 3 mile away and I felt like we paid more for the wrapping and unwrapping of the furniture than we did actually moving. 8-5 packed up. 5:30-9pm unloaded truck. just didnt make a lot of sense.
But nice guys.

The movers were quick, personable and professional. They dissembled and reassembled all of the furniture perfectly and there were no damages to my property during the move. Will definitely be using them again for my next move!

Everything was great from the estimator to the completion of the move. Everyone was on time, the movers, the "Jamaica Team," were friendly, polite and hard working. They really knew what they were doing and very helpful when things did not fit quite right. Nothing broke. They moved a big china cabinet with lots of china.
I will definitely use MOM for my next move. I recommend them highly. 5 Stars!

The guys were awesome. Kevin always answered my calls promptly and was able to address my concerns.

How pleasant the movers were and the fact that they worked quick and were very conscientious of my belongings when packing.
