Dear Mentor Merlin,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from your organization.
Despite being offered a study material book during a previous interaction, I have yet to receive it. Moreover, whenever I inquire about exams or study materials, I consistently encounter delays and unhelpful responses, leading me to question the legitimacy of the service.
This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. As a customer, I expect prompt and reliable support, which unfortunately has not been the case.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into these issues and a prompt resolution. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

It was a very good experience
It was a very good experience. The trainer is very knowledgeable and their classes are top notch. I was afraid to attend the exam at first but after the training everything was clear and I was able to attend the exam without much tension. Thanks to the team
