Friendly, efficient, patient and helpful, lovely presentation and selection of foods.

The staff were very polite and helpful. They were very knowledgable about the cuts of meat. The shop was clean and products separated (cooked/ uncooked) and presented well. They have a great tasty range of pies cakes etc as well as meat. You could see the staff washing their hands in between handling raw and cooked products even though they picked items up with a bag or paper. Very satisfied.

I’ve been using this butcher for many years and they are reliably fabulous.

Ordered sausage meat which arrived on time but more importantly is really good and has been turned into some delicious sausage rolls

When I receive the Duck eggs, about 6 pcs was crack, the packing is not save to protect the eggs, hope that next time will be better

I had a question and so emailed the butchers. I did it on the evening and had a reply before 7.30am the next morning. Fantastic customer service

Delivered on time. The ham was superb and the purchase process really straightforward. When I called to check on the order my query was answered straight away.

What made it absolutely Fantastic was my 12 duck eggs came no cracks thats wonderful. The Scones were magnificent 10 out of 5* from us and the sizs of them Is fantastic the last minute sausages were delicious we will shop again soon on that you can rely. The order experence was fantastic the sausages we ordered were not in the lovely lady called at least 3 times now that is dedication the order was in Scotland the next day as promised we won't hesitate to shop soon a business who can keep there word means a lot to a house bound customer who can't get to the local farms you can't buy duck eggs near me thanks so much

A pretty good product, very reasonable price.
The free next day delivery for orders over £100 isn't always available though
I ordered on the Thursday, hoping for perhaps a Monday delivery. Because they shut on Mondays though, the earliest they could do was the following Wednesday. I had to pay a premium of over £30 to get the Saturday delivery
This didn't deviate from the product quality though, I'll just make sure I order well in advance next time
