A never ending onboarding process with a third party who lacks competence. Initial promises of “easy” completely unmet. There are better options out there (that work as promised!)

My experience with Meow was extremely disappointing.

I tried to open a business account for a legitimate U.S. company and provided the requested information and documentation. Instead of a smooth onboarding process, I was met with confusing compliance warnings, including Patriot Act language, and then the platform failed to properly accept my personal identification documents.

For a financial platform that claims to serve businesses, this level of onboarding friction is unacceptable. If a company cannot reliably handle basic identity verification and document submission, it is very hard to trust them with business banking, treasury, or digital-asset-related services.

The process felt unprofessional, poorly executed, and unnecessarily frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Meow to business owners looking for a reliable banking or stablecoin solution.

STAY AWAY.

Scam bank. There to only take your extremely personal documents and then flick you off and probably sell it in the black market.

Meow is hands down the best banking experience I've had as a technology business to date. The team is top notch, the platform is multi functional in their ability to manage treasuries, business banking, and stable coins with ease.

Absolutely love it! Very helpful with videos sent! I was having a problem installing the pee guard but Melody helped with that.

I’ve been a customer of Meow for years now. They’ve always been spectacular.

First, the customer service is amazing. They always respond within minutes, even if it’s on a weekend. They’ll work super quickly to get an issue fixed.

Second, the products are very easy to use, and theyre very responsive always adding more features and products based on what people want. They ship like crazy.

Finally, some of the new features like stablecoin support has been a game changer for us, it’s super helpful to have it so thoroughly integrated into everything.

Incredible customer service that is really unmatched when it comes to commercial banking. CEO himself even gets on calls to help.

I use Meow's services for all my business banking needs, including holding my company treasury in the checking account, spending with the Meow card, and transacting with stablecoins. I appreciate the free integration of stablecoins the most, as the fiat-crypto on and off ramp is particularly frustrating with most services. Meow covers all stablecoin-USD transfer fees and allows me to pay bills in any way my vendors want to receive their payments. I love that I don't need to hold a separate stablecoin service account with another company, and that all my transactions are in one place. The setup on Meow was seamless and easy, and I always had someone on the team who was there to help with any trouble I might have encountered. Meow has an excellent team and really puts their customers first above all else. I am the founder of a very early stage startup, with less than 5 full-time employees but lots of contractors that I had to pay in multiple types of payment methods, all of which Meow made simple and straightforward. I always recommend my friends and colleagues to use Meow.

Meow is extremely easy to use, very well built and makes earning interest on our treasury dead simple. The product is polished and highly intuitive. Everything 'just works' and Meow saves me a huge amount of time and energy compared to other banks.

I’m extremely disappointed with Meow’s handling of my account.

My account was suddenly closed without any prior notice, warning, or request for additional information. There were no issues, no disputes, no compliance problems, and no negative history associated with my account. I have been operating normally while moving approximately $20,000 per month in legitimate business transactions.

Closing an account without communication or an opportunity to clarify anything is highly unprofessional and creates serious operational and financial disruption for businesses that rely on your platform.

A financial service should provide transparency, proper communication, and basic respect toward its customers. Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite.

It has been a month since I encountered issues with my account. I registered over a year ago and had been utilizing the account for moderate transactions. However, after receiving a substantial payment, I was informed that my account onboarding process was incomplete. I was requested to resubmit my identification and a selfie, which I complied with. After a few days, my account was frozen, and I received an email instructing me to withdraw my funds by the end of the day without any explanation. Upon attempting to access my account, I discovered that it was empty, with no funds remaining. When I inquired about this situation, I was informed that my account was under investigation due to risk concerns and that I would receive a response within a few weeks. To date, I have not received any communication. I sought legal assistance, and my attorney followed up, but neither Meow nor First Bank has responded to us. I have lost $83,000 and am determined to pursue justice. I advise against working with this bank. While they may appear reputable and partner with major banks, they are deceptive in their practices. It is prudent to avoid First Bank and its partner, Meow.com.
