the bottom part of the shirt was small even though I ordered a large, even if it was intentional it just doesn't fit that well on me, along with that the package came about 4 weeks later after I ordered it and came in extremely wrinkled. the quality also felt cheap but the shirt graphic was nice so it gets higher stars.

My order was received when I was told it would. The item I ordered was in excellent condition - it exceeded my expectations actually.

I ordered a purse from this company in January. It’s now March and it has not arrived. Customer service will not contact you if there’s any issues I don’t believe the site is even operational.

My mistake for purchasing a product by the photo and not reading what I was actually purchasing. The item stated it was on sale, so I thought I was getting bedding (comforter, not a duvet) fitted sheets and pillow cases. I will never make a purchase again until reading the items to be shipped. The products are beautiful, the pillowcases are for smaller sized pillows, didn't work for my pillows. One sheet, not fitted and a duvet with a zipper opening too small to actually fit a comforter in it. PLUS there was an international shipping fee tagged on. Not happy for the price I paid. Lesson learned.

I ordered the mystical cat jumper in a size XL. The order was confirmed & paid for. I received several emails saying my order was being processed & ready for shipping, but then the order was cancelled & refunded. No explanation, no apology nothing. Very disappointed

Great feeling material and very high quality content!

I ordered 1 sweatshirt and 4 t-shirts from Meowgicians.com. The sweatshirt quality was bad; it’s poorly made polyester which felt like plastic and thin. The sizing for two of the t-shirts was off. I ordered XL for my son who wears M-L in standard US sizing but the XL was more like a size small. I ordered a cat t-shirt in yellow and the yellow color was dull in person. It was not a bright yellow which presented online. All the t-shirts listed as cotton material but one of them was a polyester shirt instead of cotton when arrived.

I ordered all the shirts on Dec 15th and received the first shirt on Dec 29th and the rest of the order on Jan 2nd. All the clothes were shipped from China and not stored in a warehouse in the US.

I ordered a plush cat for my grandson as a memorial for his cat that had passed away. It was an all grey cat. When the cat arrived however it was the wrong one. This one was grey and white. So I contacted the company and they were very helpful and wanted to make it right for me. They refunded my purchase to send me the right cat for free. It is perfect! I am so pleased and couldn't expect better service! If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to Jason at Meowgicians

Ordered the week before Thanksgiving, it’s December 17th and it’s still not delivered. Support told me to wait.

At first I didn’t know if this site was legit, but I took a chance and it paid off! Shipping takes a bit but the communication was great and the products were exactly as advertised. Everything I ordered was really good quality and so cute- prices were reasonable. The teepee I ordered is probably my favorite and my cat loves it!

Package arrived poorly wrapped. Cats weren't interested in toy

I ordered 2 things. One was a sweater. After ordering, they emailed saying it was out of stock and asking if I'd be okay with a different product. I asked why their site still showed it for sale and they did not reply and sent me the other product instead of answering me. I did not want the other thing they sent as a replacement for the sweater I ordered, so that was deeply frustrating. I won't order from here again.

Bad ship time, bad quality, not as advertised

It fits her well she loves it. Found out our cats are really big. The pouch fits normal size cats or kittens. Shipping took forever but when it got here she was so excited I got head!!!!

Great range of fun cat beds. Fast shipping and constant communication.

The cat purse is even cuter in person. It's also really soft and a nice size for daily use.

The t-shirt didn’t quite meet my expectations. The print quality is unfortunately quite poor — the image looks very blurry and low-resolution in real life. Also, the type of print used (I believe it's the thick, rubbery kind, maybe plastisol?) feels heavy on top of the fabric and seems like it might crack over time. Not the most comfortable texture either.

The material of the shirt itself is also quite thick, and although I ordered the largest size, it fits more like a regular/slim fit than an oversized one. To be fair, the size details were in the description, so that part is on me.

Overall, I really wanted to like it, but sadly it didn’t work out for me.

There are plenty of websites selling cat items but Meowgicians have nailed it with their quality and diverse,original range. A one-stop shop efficiently organized and administered. Well done !
