I love this app and the cat sitters through it! Excellent service! Thank you!

We used Meowtel for the first time when we traveled to Europe this past month. We are so happy that we used this service. Our cat sitter, Stephanie, was so incredibly kind and she took great care of our kitties. She sent us videos everyday so that we could see how well our cats were doing. Seeing them interact with her relaxed us and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. We have already booked her for our next trip.

Kym is wonderful! Our kitty (who doesn’t really like many people) loves her and Kym even sends us videos of her when visiting!

My kitties made a new friend! Frit was reliable and had no problems giving one of my cats his medicine which was a huge relief to me. She spent time giving them attention and playing with them. Highly recommend! So do my kitties!

I used Meowtel recently for the first time to find a catsitter. I found the website pretty easy to navigate and there was someone available to answer the question I had. The sitter I chose worked out very well also. I will definitely try to secure her again the next time i have to travel.

I recently turned to Meowtel in an emergency to care for my two cats after our usual sitter became ill two days before our scheduled vacation out of the country. Grace responded to my request very quickly and was willing to take on this job at the last minute. I was grateful she was available. She came to the house to meet us and the cats and to learn their routine. It was scary to leave our cats with someone we didn't know, but Grace had a caring presence which made me feel secure that she would take great care of the cats, and she did. Each day she sent me text updates on how the cats were doing and if she had any concerns. She also sent pics of the cats. Our geriatric cat needed medicine 3x/week. Although Grace was not experienced in giving pills using a pill pocket, she was willing to learn and was successful at giving the medicine. Our second cat is only 2 years old and needed play time, which Grace provided. Grace completed all the usual tasks such as feeding, water, and cleaning the litter box. She also took in the mail and packages. I would recommend Grace to anyone who needs a cat sitter.

Meowtel was easy to use and my cat sitter was fantastic. She genuinely loves and cares for cats and went above and beyond to make sure my cat was happy and healthy while I was away. I would definitely use them again.

My service provider (Jan) was excellent! I had peace of mind because she made sure in advance she had all the information to take care of my cats. The other part that I think is great is that Meowtel vetted the service provider plus have insurance. So from my point of view I feel that my service provider will be the best option.

Our sitter stayed overnight with our spoiled cat, gave her lots of love and us lots of pictures and updates! While we usually leave her with family, knowing we have a trustworthy option for when that doesn’t work out is a load off my mind. Would definitely book her again.

Anne--"the crazy cat lady"--took care of my cat, Lilo, for 2 weeks while I was in Italy. She visited twice a day, fed and played with Lilo, and made him feel safe and calm. Anne sent me pictures and messages daily. I felt so comfortable with Anne's care of Lilo. My cat was happy and calm upon my return. I am so grateful for Anne's excellent care and communication.

Adrian was wonderful with our cat Jax. Adrian sent daily updates and pictures of how Jax was doing. He even brought in our mail for the week we were out of town. This was our first experience with Meowtel and it was great.

When planning for a week-long vacation, I knew I needed to find a reliable cat sitter who could care for my cats while I was gone. I found Meowtel online, and it took just a few clicks to find a highly-rated cat sitter candidate near me. Scheduling the days I required a sitter, selecting the sitter, setting up the meet-and-greet, and communicating with my sitter through Meowtel was all very easy to do. Plus, my cat sitter was incredibly kind, reliable, sweet to my cats, and sent me daily updates! It was all a very positive experience. I’ll definitely use Meowtel again.

Finding a reliable petsitter to stay overnight with our cats had been a challenge. Other petsitting sites were too dog-centric. I used their app and selected one of their sitters. From the initial set-up, through meet and greet and then through the stay, everything went smoothly. Our sitter kept us informed and was regularly in touch and our cats all seemed to like him. We plan to have him stay again for our next trip. And there are several other sitters we can try if he is already booked. Our first experience with Meowtel went very well and we are happy we found them.

MEOWTEL is amazing! My first experience was flawless. I completely trust my sitter Jess. I am gone a lot and she makes sure to pick up where I leave off. She changed her ongoing water feeder, which I had not without being asked. She sends me a million photos of her arrival, during the visit and when she leaves. I love that I can have someone I trust 100% with my home and my pet. I also love that I can rely on this service while caring for my parents out of town. I can request service 24/7 and in an emergency I know my pet will be taken care of with her having a key to my house. I don’t always know exactly when an event will come up. I have referred a friend in a different county who has booked with them and got the same positive results. Nice to have family and friends to look after them but sometimes that doesn’t work out. This is a reliable service I can count on.

The application process is bogus. I have over 10 years of experience AND vet classes. My references checked out and my profile was completed in a timely manner. I did EVERYTHING they asked for, plus more. Then out of no where I got a denied application email. And at the bottom it LITERALLY tells me to NOT reach out to them if I am wondering why I got denied. It’s terrible, because if I did something wrong I would like to know about it. But, I am probably just a number to them so they don’t even have time to communicate with me. As an AVID volunteer at multiple shelters and a cat owner myself, they have lost my business as a client or employee, and I will let everyone know.

RESPONSE TO THEIR MESSAGE BELOW: I don’t understand, Meowtel. My “retaliation” is simply me sharing my experience with you for the public to see. If you consider it retaliation, then I guess it’s wrong for me to write honest reviews. If you actually read my review, you would see that I did look at the reasons you denied the application and none of them pertained to me. If I feel like I have been treated unfairly, I have the right to let platforms know! I don’t want anybody going through this. Good luck!

Theee says it’s tough to make plans and sometimes things happen and you have to cancel. Recently I had to cancel two days prior and the sitter was ok with it yet the company charged me the full amount over $200 saying it was less than the 48 hours required. I. Hold understand issuing a credit for future services but to abscond with the full amount is unreasonable. I will not use them again.

This is a great service and I’m so glad I found it! The app is easy to use and there was even someone available the next day on Christmas! 🙂🐾

Requested a cat sitter over the holidays and paid nearly $300. The cat sitter then canceled on me (several hours later), then Meowtel did not refund my deposit to my visa but rather kept it as a credit to my account. I have no desire to rebook with them and am quite frustrated that I did not automatically receive a refund to my visa to use at a competitor.
