First class service from Mercedes Benz Kidlington
Amazing customer service from Mercedes in Kidlington. Special thanks to Jodie in the service department, a delight to speak to, communicated everything efficiently, timings for collection worked perfectly. The whole experience was a joy, the online booking is brilliant (and you can book a courtesy car) and the self check-in has made things even more efficient. All the staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

We had such a great experience buying…
We had such a great experience buying our new Mercedes from this branch and a huge thank you to Pourang for making it so special.
From start to finish, he was professional, genuine, patient and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was how genuinely happy he and the whole team were for us when we collected our new car, it made the experience feel personal rather than just another sale.
We absolutely love the car and couldn’t recommend Pourang and the team enough. Thank you for making such a special moment even better!
