Wasn't entirely sure what to expect but I took a chance, and i'm pretty happy with my blazer I ordered. Keeps me warm in the office, and came packed with no wrinkles.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size in the faux leather heels, so this review is partly on me. I usually wear the same size across most brands, but these were too snug when I tried them on. I was annoyed because I had bought them for an outfit I already had planned, and I didn’t feel like dealing with an exchange.To their credit, customer service was pretty quick. I emailed them, explained what happened, and they offered a replacement without making it a huge process. I appreciated that. Still, it meant waiting again, and by the time the correct size came, the event I wanted them for had already passed. The replacement fit much better, and the shoes are cute, so it worked out eventually.I’m giving three stars because the product is fine and support handled it decently, but the whole thing wasn’t exactly smooth. Not bad, just a little frustrating.

Just received my first order. Only problem is delivery took a bit longer than expected but I can live with it as the quality is very nice. Just ordered another pair.

The loafers surprised me. I bought them mostly for work, but I’ve worn them on weekends too. They’re a little snug at first, but they loosen up after a couple wears. They look more expensive than they are.

Ordered a size ten loafers, but surprisingly they did not fit me like a normal size ten. Customer service was quick to assist me and offer me a replacement for a size up, and those were a better fit. Overall, pretty good experience.

The sneakers are good, but I’d say just be patient with the delivery. Mine took longer than expected and were a bit stiff at first. After I wore them once, that went away. Quality is there, but the whole process wasn’t perfect.

Pretty happy with the sneakers overall. They had that new shoe/factory smell when I opened the box, which threw me off at first, but I left them out overnight and it mostly went away. After the first wear, I didn’t notice it anymore. The actual shoe looks good and feels like genuine leather, so I’d still buy them again.

My sneakers arrived after a couple weeks or so. Was beginning to become frustrated with the shipping time but the quality is nice. Felt stiff for the first couple wears but now they are beginning to break in.
