Excellent service each time from Merchant jewellers. Always friendly and helpful staff with lovely jewellery too.
Would definitely recommend for all their nomination jewellery as well.

A very nice watch we'll packaged and prompt service

We've bought several pieces of jewellery from Merchant's, as well as having had ring alterations done, rings re-plated and new watch batteries fitted. The professionalism and friendly service has always been second to none!

Most recently I have had an eternity ring custom made. Karim and the team made this a really exciting process and were full of suggestions in terms of the style etc. I picked my new ring up this weekend just gone and am so pleased with the end result!

I can't recommend merchants jewellers highly enough. Their jewellery is so unique and the staff are very customer orientated. You get a personal service with lots of advice if needed. I much prefer this kind of store instead of the high street generic shops.
